I found Tri Cities Collision Center when getting quotes for a deep scratch on my car. First, their quote was less than a the other quotes, they were friendlier, and explained the process, and answered all my questions. The final result of the work was beyond beautiful. No one would ever believe my car had that ugly scratch. I highly recommend TCCC!!!

They did a great job on the body work, looked good as new! Customer service is pretty good for the most part. I was always treated kindly and we didn’t have any issues. I was doing mine through an insurance claim and they worked really well with me, even offered to get me a rental car and everything. Will definitely go back if I need anything in the future.

Call me and said I can get my car between eight and five. Return my rental car and took an Uber to shop around 2 o'clock. No one was there. The recording said they were open till 5. Website said they were there till 5. Google business page said they'd be there till 5. Perceived no courtesy call. was not even a note on the door. Had to take another Uber back to the car rental place who was then out of cars and had to pay a premium to get another car. Friday it was another three days. So with multiple Ubers and three extra days in the rental car, it cost me right at $600 and several hours of wasted time.. my truck needed a rear bumper and a tailgate. Work was OK, but it did take 20 days. I made the mistake of just going with a state farm approved vendor. Already made the appointment when I found out it was in a Warzone in the nowhere.

My family has used TCCC for years, management must have changed as they don’t do walk-in estimates anymore. And then they told me to call back for an appointment which was a month out. Not sure who the employee was but he definitely had an attitude as well as the secretary. It’s one thing to not let people know of their changed but don’t be condescending to your customers. They don’t even have a website on their site. What company doesn’t have a website these days. Nevertheless, I’ll never be back there again!
