The WORST experience ever. I'm 64 years old. And I've never been done so wrong. How in the world is this place in business. Multiple things wrong. Not just one but many. That's not an accident. SHAME ON YOU ALL

Overall not a great experience with this dealership after my initial purchase of a Frontier in December. After a few months of ownership I found myself in need of a bigger truck. Since I live in middle TN I traded with a local dealership. With only a few months of ownership I was due a refund for the extended warranty and maintenance package I purchased. I called the finance department at JC Nissan to begin the refund process. Every time I called no one in finance was available to talk to me so they would take my number and said someone would call me back soon. No one would ever return my call. After 3 days and multiple attempts to speak to someone in finance I finally was able to speak with someone about the refund process. Approximately two weeks later when I had all of the required paperwork I called back. Again it took 3 days and multiple phone calls with no return call before I was finally able to speak with someone. A few days after sending in all the required paperwork I called to verify they had everything they needed. After another 3 days and multiple calls again, I finally spoke with Dean in finance and he said he would check on everything and call me back the next day. That was 4 weeks ago and I never heard back from Dean. In my opinion this lack of communication shows that the dealership (or at least some members of the finance department) is not concerned about a customer after the sale.

I was traveling with my family and had a major issue with my Nissan Titan XD (Diesel). I was able to get it to the dealership late on a Friday and they diagnosed it the same afternoon. Needed a part that had to be ordered and this on my family's trip out of town. They set us up in a rental and we went along on our trip. The warranty had recently expired and I was looking at a huge repair bill but they managed to get this covered for me. I cannot say enough how everyone went above and beyond what they needed to do. They even let me pick my truck up after hours when it was ready. I live a few hours away from Johnson City and will be driving back when it is time to buy a new vehicle. This dealership knows how to win someone's trust.
