The service manager, Josh I believe, stayed on the phone with Nissan Corporate office trying to sure that they covered the cost of the parts to make my Rouge work the way it is supposed to. He got the approval and got us out of there pretty quickly, all things considered. He did a great job. Service like this is a great thing at Nissan of Johnson City. We really appreciate it!

The sales people, managers, finance people and service supervisor were all very friendly. I am pleased with my vehicle. I am okay with the price we ended up paying. I was extremely upset and stressed out by the time I left however. Spending 4 hours being highly pressured, put on the spot, not listened to and argued with by 1 particular employee was extremely stressful and I almost got hit pulling out of the car lot because I could barely think by that time. I was so nervous and on edge that I had to pull over after a few miles and have my husband drive my new car home. This was not a pleasant experience, and I couldn't feel excited about having a brand new car. And although LEGALLY your business is covered by putting a "surprise" financial hit in the small print of your advertising, it left me with a sick feeling in my gut of being tricked and lied to. The $3900 that is automatically applied to every vehicle is SO hidden and misleading. If that is a necessary and legitimate charge it should be shown at the TOP with every price you post! And your "discounted" prices should also say at the top, subject to individual deals and financing. I have decided that I KNOW what gives car salesmen a bad name. It's car salesmen.
