Shout out to Cameron at JC Toyota! He has been so patient and kind throughout the process. I was unsure of what type of vehicle I wanted, so I was very undecided. This went on for months, since we weren’t in a particular hurry to find something. But once I was in love with a car, I was ready. And Cameron really was fantastic through the whole process! And everyone there from reception to finance was so kind!

This was my first time buying a car for myself! Adam was so thoughtful and helpful with me over the span of a couple of months in trying to find me the perfect car. He helped me find the car I absolutely love and was able to get it down to a great price for me! Highly recommend him to anyone!

Best dealership in tricites. Staff is amazing very helpful and professional. Most car dealership you spend all day, they get you in and out quickly. They have a big selection of used vehicles at a very fair price. Diffenly will go back.

Watch out for unnecessary services when JC Toyota service reps "upsale" unnecessary items for increased commission. Three months ago, the JC Toyota rep told me I needed new tires. I went across the street to Tire Barn, where they ETHICALLY told me I didn't need new tires. Today the Toyota service rep told me I needed new tires. I went across the street to get them at Tire Barn, and they ETHICALLY told me I don't need new tires for another 10,000 to 15,000 miles. I called the Toyota Service Manager to tell him how bad this looks for JC Toyota Service, and he completely dismissed my concern. Sigh. Just be very careful. I go there because I think the mechanics know what they're doing with Toyotas but I may have to move on if the reps are going to continue to make these poor recommendations.

Haleigh did a great job getting the work on my tacoma scheduled. Everything went as planned & I'm buying another maintenance package to get my services completed there in the future. I really appreciate the hospitality offered & quality of services provided. I used to always steer away from dealership services, but my attitude has definitely changed in the past 6 months.

Absolutely phenomenal!!!! I am only 24, so this is the first time I have bought a new car. That being said, I highly recommend this dealership. They are super nice and they aren't pressuring at all when you want to discuss price. They do great service jobs and clean your automobile afterwards. Purchased my Toyota Highlander there. Great sales guy. Not happy with the service however. I have a roar when I get above 45. Asked them to take a look when I dropped it off. A week later I picked it up, still roaring. Pretty sure it's a wheel bearing. Didn't resolve the issue nor mention anything about it. So in order to get that resolved, guess I'll need to drive another hour and a half.

Outstanding service. Trey (Trev?) has taken excellent care of the Tundra and has always extended great respect and courtesy. I'd say the only negative of the dealership service is the truly lacking waiting area. The waiting area is uncomfortable, offering poor beverages and snacks, and the internet and individual TV/lounge areas are really lacking for a Toyota Dealership.

I took my 2021 Highlander in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor was very professional and knowledgeable. I was sent a video of the technician working on my vehicle and it was very thorough. It was done on time and I was very satisfied with the service.

We were very pleased with our service at Johnson City Toyota. We were out of town when a couple dash lights surprised us. The polite attendants directed us to a clean, comfortable place to wait while capable technicians diagnosed the issue. Thankfully, it was resolved quickly at no charge by resetting the computer. During the troubleshooting, they went over all major systems and sent us a video documenting the condition of each. This gives us an approximate timeline of needed replacements during future service visits.Thank you for getting us back in the road with minimal disruption of our trip.

It misses the 5 stars due to the length of time it takes for service to completed. I know different jobs take different amounts of time, but things that should take an hour or less are taking well over two hours. They need more good mechanics, but I know that they are hard to find. My service technician, Kyle was good on keeping me updated however two hours for a new tire and alignment is a little long in my opinion.Services: Tires

Though I had a car problem and no appointment they were honest with me that it would take quite awhile to fit me in. They kept in touch by phone as they checked everything and were able to identify the issue with car and correct it. They also identified some issues that would cause future problems and kept car overnight and took care of those issues.I appreciate their honesty about wait time so I could arrange for a ride. And appreciated having them identify cause and correct a safety issue so I did not continue to drive it.

Our Highlander had an engine light come on so we made an appointment and brought it in for service. Nathan was our rep and he did a good job getting us in and keeping us informed about the service we had done. The job was finished early so we were able to come and get it sooner than we expected.Services: Tire rotations
