Left my car UNLOCKED with my keys LOCKED in their building. I was stranded almost all night. Manager lied and said they didn’t have a number to call. I then told them number on file is fine and he stated he tried to call… never once received a call or voice mail. Don’t appreciate the service and really don’t appreciate lying to my face. Considering what kind of people live right behind their building, I don’t recommend anyone going there. My car or my personal item in my car could’ve easily been stolen. Absolutely ridiculous.

We got a hole in a tire on our way back to New York. It was easy to schedule online. We arrived over an hour ahead of our scheduled time and our car was taken in immediately. The staff was friendly and informative, they reviewed options and we were back on the road with a new tire (and wipers) in less than an hour!

Best service I have received in an awfully long time. Had a 2pm appt for 4 new tires. I was back on the road, on my way home by 2:25!

Best place in the Tri-City area to get tires and they do free tire rotations and balances too! Always very polite, helpful, kind, and respectful. Only downfall to my visit there yesterday for a free balance and rotation is that they had it on the country music channel and it played FOX News. I don't care to hear FOX News and it's ignorant peddling to their braindead consumers. The country music was god awful too. Outside that my visit there went smoothly and they got done about 30 or 40 mins sooner than they told me they would.

I had a nail in my tire. I stopped in and they took care of me right away. They didn’t simply plug and fill with air. They removed the tire off the rim, plugged, patched, and balanced the tire. All of this was done as a free service. Both the waiting area and shop were clean with every tool organized and in place. I know where I’m going fit my next set of tires.
