I can't speak highly enough about The Tirebarn Warehouse in Johnson City. I've had the pleasure of purchasing tires from them on four separate occasions, and each time, their service has been nothing short of outstanding.
Just earlier this week, I had an urgent situation where my son's car had to be towed to Tirebarn due to a flat tire, and we didn’t have a spare. Despite the inconvenience, Tirebarn was incredibly accommodating. They accepted the tow and had the tire replaced swiftly and at a very fair price.
Their team is consistently professional, friendly, and efficient. The pricing is transparent and reasonable, and the quality of both their work and their tires is exceptional. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them.
I wholeheartedly recommend The Tirebarn Warehouse for anyone in need of tire services. Five stars for their excellent service!

Staff was very helpful and explaining the difference to the two types of tires I was looking at. I thought the price was fair and reasonable. I brought the two rims in with tires on it and two new tires put on the rims. Mounted balanced and returned to me. The young man even put them in the back of my CRV for me. Front staff very helpful, I would highly recommend using Tire Barn. As I will return to purchase two more tires for my mustang. In the near future will have four tires put on my CRV.

Took my 2017 fiesta st here for a front end only alignment. I asked for -1.5 to -2* camber for the front and was declined because they say they can't do custom alignments. Oh well, I got it done anyways, and informed them, if needed to get alignment in spec, I have camber bolts to achieve "factory" specs. I asked to have them call me if they need to install them, as they want to charge 1 hour labor to install camber bolts!!! Anyways, got the car back, it drove straight but the wheel was tilted to the left a lot, and drove me crazy. I gave it a few days to see if the electronic steering self adjusts, but no luck. The camber was at -2.9 at the front wheel, and -1.9 on the front left. (The rear is non adjustable). They said my camber bolts wouldn't be able to fix the negative camber (what???) Anyways, I go home, rotate my tires due to the camber wear and I went to the front right wheel, loosened the strut bolts, pulled the knuckle to bring positive camber since tire barn just did a toe and go, and can't adjust camber I guess. I take it back to get my wheel straight and they called me when it was done starting I owed them $120 because they thought I installed my camber bolt as they saw my front right wheel back in spec where I originally wanted it. No call for authorization of a re alignment, just demanding I pay since I fixed my camber my self when they couldn't in the first place. Called corporate with no answer. Got a call back from them, rang once and didn't have time to answer. I pick my car up, pay the 2nd alignment fee within a week of time, and my wheels now tilted to the right.
Don't take your car here for an alignment. Let's leave it as that. I'm a certified tech and if I would let this leave my shop, I'd be looking for a new job.
Would not recommend. Even the tech referred me to go somewhere else, I think he said triple h tire does a good job. I'm moving to Florida anyways so his recommendations were taken with a grain of salt.
0 stars if I could. I never take my car anywhere, but since I don't have an alignment machine, that's the only service I can't perform myself, but will invest in the old method and do it myself after this situation.

We had an unexpected loss of air in the rear tire on a trip home. We made it to our hometown tire barn where we buy our tires before closing and they immediately plugged the hole at no charge. We are thankful for Tire Barn.

Ran over our 3rd nail of the summer while 5 hours from home, I called Tire Barn and they said come in and we'll fix it quick. The nail was about 1/2 an inch from the last plug (which just happened a month ago.....), so I needed a new tire. It's not a common tire to replace so they had to order it (which we didn't do, as I can get it for less at home). However, they took the tire off, put the spare on, put the damaged tire in the back, and told me there was absolutely no charge and apologized that they didn't have the tire in stock. Great service! The manager and the tech were extremely friendly and helpful. If I lived here, I would definitely trust these folks for service!

I unexpectedly needed a new tire mounted the morning of a 400-mile roadtrip. This shop was the only one able to get me in. I brought my spare in and they had me back on the road within 45 minutes. The attitude and service here was great. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area or passing through!
