I am a first time home buyer and I was referred to The Tipton Team. Their communication is next level! They were able to answer any of my questions at any time over text, email, or a phone call! The process was very smooth and they found the best option for me and explain all of my options. They welcomed all of my questions and made sure I understood exactly what was going on. I would refer them to anyone trying to buy a house!

It appears that this company and staff either don't care or pay attention to perspective clients UNTIL three years after they passed away.I know for a fact that this agency has never made any attempt to contact my mother or her POA during the past four [4] years.However, three years after passing, then they send a lousy text, basically saying Happy BirthdayVery offensive and disappointing

Everyone at Benchmark is dedicated to helping you get to the final result you are striving for. From the very first interaction with Ashley who was so friendly and personable, yet so professional in getting the information she needed and providing you with the information you need. Then the videos that we got from Jonathan detailing the progress that was being made to interacting through email and text messages with Kristi and April. April, several times went over and above to help us accomplish and get to the final closing. My personal circumstances were difficult and confusing and several times things just slipped my mind. But she was so kind, understanding and diligent to get us through. Thank you so much to all of you who played a role in getting us to that final place and closing on time. Awesome! I can't imagine any other company working harder and doing it in such a personable way than these folks at Benchmark did to help my wife and family get into our new home.

Johnathan and his team are fantastic! They made the purchase of our first home seem almost too easy. They kept everything incredibly organized and easy to follow and were there to answer any questions we had - no matter how small.
