Staff was very rude to my mother yesterday because she was getting bread off the rack instead of off the Shelf you can approach somebody with out being extremely rude I had to be at work so we was in a rush

The stockpot always has anything and everything anybody will ever need, and I'm not just saying this because they're family. Growing up, my mom would take us here to get the fantastic house-made shrimp sauce and fried rice, so I've been going here way before. If you're not able to find what you're looking for, I can guarantee David (owner/father-in-law) will do everything he possibly can to make sure you're taken care of, and if he isn't able, he will refer you to whoever can. They have everything from commercial-style things for businesses to small things for personal use. They have an Asian Market that has fantastic things as well; trust me, you'll thank me later. ? ?

I go thru withdrawals, when I don't shop here, periodically. I love this place. They have so many choices. Some regular items are microwave bacon (150 slices); containers and lids, packaging supplies, wonderful baking and prep pans; cheeses (today I got 1.5 lbs sliced Colby jack for approx $4.xx! .. real cheese!) They've added some Mexican food items. They have Chinese food items. I lusted after some commercial type, used refrigerators. Food for larger groups is a passionate hobby for me. And organizing my kitchen prep is so helpful. You may love their items and prices as much as I do. (They do have some pre-made desserts; but, compared to homemade? It's pricey. )

Staff is not friendly and customer service is lacking. They are not very helpful to restaurants like they claim. They will not hesitate to say they dont have time to help you. One would think if they cant help they would recommend someone who can.
