When we recently purchased a mattress and foundation set (in May 2024), we could not have asked for a better experience. Our questions were fully answered, and we made our purchase within 30 minutes. We shopped The Sleep Zone in Johnson City as our “first stop” in our search for a new mattress. We were fully prepared to walk out and continue at additional stores. Store manager, Chris Wiley was extremely helpful without being pushy by asking questions about sleep styles and preferences. He showed us several mattresses that fit our needs, then gave us ample time to try out all mattresses available. We ended up selecting one of his recommendations and didn’t feel the need to look elsewhere. We prefer to shop local and were pleased to find exactly what we needed at a well established locally owned business. The mattress and adjustable base were delivered the next day by their delivery team. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience shopping for a mattress today at Sleepzone! Manager Steve Stonick greeted us as we arrived, asked us how he could help, listened to our needs and recommended a few different styles for us to try. He was knowledgeable about the products and seemed to understand what would be best for our specific situation. We’ll get our new king size Valhalla mattress next week-can’t wait! Thanks again Steve!

My wife, toddler, and I visited the Johnson City location to browse for mattresses for our son, and Steve did a wonderful job explaining some of the best available options based on our expressed preferences and needs. We purchased a new Sealy mattress in the Johnson City store. It was delivered to our house on Monday, January 22, 2024, as promised. I like that if we don't like it, we can take it back and swap for another product. So far, so good! Chris was a great salesman!

Visited Sleep Zone on Monday, 2/5/2024. My wife and I purchased a Queen Tempur-pedic ProAdapt mattress and a Queen Stearns and Foster LuxEstate mattress. We also purchased 2 Tempur Ergo Smart adjustable bases for use with the 2 mattresses. The entire purchase process was very pleasant. Steve was super to work with. His knowledge and professionalism was great. We are looking forward to delivery and set up of our new beds. Thanks Steve and Sleep Zone for a good purchase experience.

The assistance from Steve Stonick in selecting and purchasing the Stearns & Foster mattress set today was far superior than the services of other mattress retailers we received when looking for a mattress.
