This place is so fun! There is unique furniture that you don't see in the box stores and it's all quality construction. The prices are reasonable and the staff is wonderfully kind and helpful. I'll definitely be back any time I'm in town.What a fun find off of a billboard and a little wandering. Definitely check these guys out.

I've always wanted a nice game room in my home so while searching games online, I found The Lucky Fin. All the arcade shops I had searched had some pretty considerable shipping fees and communication with customer service was spotty at best. So it was great to find a merchant who was local here in the Kingsport area who had the games I was looking for in stock.At The Lucky Fin, I was able to try out several different arcade games and finally settled on the PacMan Pixel Bash arcade cabinet. I also got the game during their Black Friday sale, so I got it at a great price.The Lucky Fin delivered our game just a few days later and even carried it up a flight of stairs to our game room.Now here's where the 5 stars was truly earned. The joystick on our game was an upgraded model that lit up and looked really cool. However, it was really sensitive and while playing games it could sometimes cause your character to go the wrong direction and thus end your gameplay. The game worked fine and was playable but again, it was just a little overly sensitive to movement for us. After calling The Lucky Fin, they came out to our house on a Sunday and free of charge installed a whole new control console with a more standard type of joystick. The game now works great, although I would hardly know it because I can't get my wife to stop playing the thing and give me a turn!In sales, customer service is where it's at and the guys at The Lucky Fin know how to get it done!

I had a wonderful shopping experience here. The furniture is unique and also priced very competitively. You can find fun, quality pieces right here in TRI-cities. They offer delivery and as a new business try extremely hard to make sure the customer is happy!

We purchased a Pac Man Arcade game for our game room and a wine armoire for our dining room. Our family loves coming over to play all the vintage video games and I love the quality and character of my new dining room furniture. The Lucky Fin has a lot of unique pieces that you can’t find in our area!
