I am posting from my friends phone, because my phone service is off. My name is Sherry and I Just got off the phone with t-mobile on Brownsmill Rd, JohnsonCity. TN. I made a cash payment that can't found??!!?? I know for a fact I made the payment, but now it can't be found??? If I could give zero stars I would. Thanks t-mobile, it just tops off the year of unreliable service and unreasonably high charges.

don’t waste your time at this store. there are never enough people to help you. very inconvenient to have 12 people in the store with only 3 people to help. try getting a payment machine so people coming in to pay bills can just be in and out. not everyone wants to use the app or ivr.

Don’t trust these bafoons to handle trade-ins/promotions. They of course want to get you off a legacy plan and then when they mess up one of the trade-ins on your line they wash their hands of it and say we can’t really help you and blame the “system” for messing up. Of course they can’t roll you back to your legacy plan because that plan isn’t offered anymore even though they are the ones that screwed it up. What a joke.

We have had the worst service and phones!Our phones stay down about 90% of the time with no service and dropped calls. We still have a year on our contract paying for these incredible horrible phones! Our advice DO NOT GO WITH T-MOBILE!!

This morning I walked into the store and the store staff took people later than me. The staff were either blind or not care for customer service at all. Maybe it’s time to switch my whole family plan to other carriers.

So recently we switched from Verizon to the mobile. BIG MISTAKE!!! I got a call from Bill collector saying I owed verizon around $2000 for past phone service and phones. That t-mobile promised to pay for and pay off to switch to them. So we went in and asked there Manger what's going in. He said he sees it. It was lack on there part. Zach. That they didn't turn things in. That they would take care of it. Now they said since it's been 120 days that we are out of luck. So it looks like my lawyer will be in touch with them. Don't believe everthing they tell you or u better get it In wrighting. And the service is not what it's cracked up to be!!!

My daughter and I just switched from Verizon. When I called TMobile, they suggested going to the store. Zach was amazing!! He took care of us and made sure we were happy. Very nice young man.

Just signed up ! We were told on the call we needed to go in to store after receiving our sim cards . Drive 1 hour to get to the store. We were told you have to call in we can't do that in-store.We explained that we were told to go to a local store. They said we can't help you ? I told my husband we need to rethink this . Do you really want to go with a company that can't help connect you from the beginning?Terrible customer service!

Don't care four T-Mobile the world wide coverage disconnects me on my little back road when I drive to North Carolina I don't have service once in Hampton till I get past Roan Mountain anytime you call for help you're on hold forever going to Straight Talk

Often long wait...keyoskt sign in where customer is notified 15 loins prior to appointment would be a more pleasant experience.
