The storage I rented was not the size that was advertised. The second one they told me to look at was smaller than the original. I walked to check out the unit before moving stuff into it and got locked inside the compound and was told that there was nothing they could do. I would have to wait until another user came to open the gate. (Good luck knowing when that would be) There was no indication that they would help me out. Thankfully, I'm small enough to squeeze under the gate and did not have to call 911. I was told I'd receive a refund because I never took official ownership. I've called twice and left one message with the owner. It's been nearly a month later and still no refund.

I enjoy doing business with them. Facilities are clean and accessible.

Very clean place the owner is a wonderful person he goes above and beyond too make sure you have one of the best experiences renting a storage unit

I needed a unit and found this place via google. Left a message on a Monday morning. I also filled out their online “contact” form. That afternoon I decided I was done waiting on a call back, and found another facility that handled my move in immediately.48 hours later and Roan Street Storage still has not contacted me. I recommend finding a different facility with better communication.

if you're looking for a storage area in this part of the country you will not find a better price nor a better community the cheapest that you can signed great price pretty secure good people to work with for the size and the price amazing amazing amazing cheapest in town and again secure

Very easy to work directly with the owner Kevin He made the move in very easy and hassle free The facility was very clean with good security and highly recommend them to others Both climate and traditional units are available at all 3 locations
