  If this is the Kenjo Market off the Okalona exit in Johnson City, TN.. Beware of the older lady with a poor attitude to anyone that walks into the store. Someone like that shouldn't be working in customer service. I dread having to go into that store because she makes us feel like our money is no good there.. We purposely avoid going there if we can all because of that one bitter old woman. Ridiculous.

  I don't usually review a gas station but the lady working was very friendly and this has to be the cleanest, freshest gas station ever. Great job!

  Have been coming here since it was one stop and Ben owned it, it only takes one rotten employee to ruin the entire buisness, will not be back . Someone needs to teach Ms Toni how to handle customers and crowds. Very very loud and Rude!!! Don't tell at the customer to come-on so you can clear it out. Poor customer service. Dominic was wonderful. Maybe Miss Tony needs to be retrained because she went from handling money and products is straight fixing plates of food without washing her hands

  As you can see my previous review was 5 stars. I come in here daily and have never had an issue. Until tonight. I went in to buy two (NONALCOHOLIC) drinks.. total was $2.06. I handed the lady 3.01 as I hate small change if I can avoid it. I admit I was half asleep and failed to notice she only grabbed the 2 $1s. Lady just looked at me like I was insane. Explained that I hated penny change so gave an extra penny to avoid it. Cashier then very rudely; almost screamed “BUT THIS ISNT ENOUGH”” no explanation but thankfully my brain woke up a little more and realized she had failed to grab the 3rd $1. I apologized. She kept her attitude til I was out the door. Asked what her name was. Met with silence. (Let me add here at no point did I get hateful with her or anything of the sort, I've worked Customer service my whole life so I get it. What really got me mad was when she went to help another customer before our “exchange” was done. I asked her name (in a very polite way) about 6 times. Never did get it. This lady needs a new job, customer service is NOT for her. I have kept a smile on my face while have elderly ladies swear they should get $.87 back on a $.99 cent purchase paid in coins. Never once did my smile faulter and if they asked my name they'd get it. I hate to say this but this place is losing the business of me and everyone I know til this nameless girl is gone. Which sucks because they are my corner store I'm in there multiple time ms a day. 😤😤 I will get this girls name and job before all is said and done, watch and see. 😝😝 I have the resources to make it happen. You took your short attitude on the wrong one tonight girl!!!
