Honestly, this is probably the best laundromat in the area. If you were on this side of Johnson City or near Jonesborough my first experience coming here the biggest washing machine which was about nine dollars decided to stop working on me after I put all my money in it. I was very stressed so I emailed the company on the sign that says if you have trouble to email they got back to me immediately and refunded my nine dollars within the hour, no laundromat can be perfect because it’s up to the people who use it to make it what it is but I think the company does The best they can to provide clean and good services

It's a good place to do our laundry it's safe and it has good machines there is a older guy that works there that could be a lil bit nice to people but over all we will go back as needed

It's clean, open 24 hours, same process as everywhere else. Several machines card readers didn't work so I'll be checking my statement closely. No toilet.

The upside to this place is it's location and the number of available machines at any given time and it stays reasonably clean compared to other places.The downsides are the prices on the washes and vending machines could be cheaper, no working bathrooms, and it has uncomfortable plastic fold chairs that are bolted to the floor. Making this place 24/7 could make up for these issues.

Nice place, little more on the expensive side. Little advice, bring your own dryer sheets. $1.50 for two sheets is ludicrous

One of the nicest laundromats I've been in. All the machines work, they took credit cards, the dryers were hot, and it was spotless. You could not ask for much more in a laundromat.

This place is always busy, they offer both coin and card options for all the machines. There is a charge maker that I personally have found to always be usable. The thing that annoys me about the pictures about is that this is a self service establishment...you can see the missus of the equipment along with the trash dropped by people who have been here; but, you don't see any of the quarters they've dropped. People are real quick to get those but not the litter they leave behind.

Scam. Organized criminal enterprise. No phone, no attendant, no manager, no answering machine, out of order machines, defective deficient, and inoperative credit card devices on washers.

Every once in awhile as an adult you have a plumbing issue or washing machine go down that requires you to visit a laundry mat. Unfortunately the other places in johnson city I’ve been too have been really nasty. I remember seeing this place on my way to the hospital each day and decided to give it a go. The machines are expensive but that’s the price now days I guess. The first machine I went too took my money with NO WAY to refund it. There is no number for anyone to call in case you legitimately have an issue. So $12.00 later I got my load of laundry done. While I was waiting I wanted to share with you the decor of trash on the floor, used masks, and oh yeah….you can’t have a trip to the laundry mat without a pair of dirty panties. Welcome to the Soapy Sudz coin and Laundry where hepatitis shots are encouraged before entering.
