Wrecking Crew Harley Davidson in Johnson City Tn provided us with a great shopping and buying process. Our salesperson, Zoie, was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process and was a pleasure to interact with as she displayed a very open minded and down home friendly demeanor. The entire staff was superb and made us feel like part of the family. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone for all your Harley Davidson riding needs!

Went in to buy a t shirt. A t shirt and nothing more. The lady at the counter was adamant that they find “me” in their system before she could sell me a t shirt. Yes. Harley in JC TN will not sell you a t shirt without being in their system. After at least 4 attempts to “find me” in their system I just said “you know, I’m good” and turned and left the $60 t shirt on the counter. I cannot even imagine trying to buy anything of consequence from them. When they say “Wrecking Crew” they mean “Train Wreck”. No thanks.

You won't meet the most accommodating Harley Davidson Shop! Shout out to Zoie and Chuck was extremely accommodating for the Lace, Grace, and Gears Rally. Great prices and customer service.

I was at lace grace and gears, and my bike didn't want to start. I called wrecking crew and they was Friendly and helpful. They picked the bike up and had it fixed in few hours. They offered to bring it back to me but I went there to pick it up. The whole crew was awesome

Why do I get quoted double for tires and service here than I do any other shop? Three times I have been quoted $1250 for tires. Talked to different people each time... what gives guys? I WANT to like this place, you are my local dealer but when I can get tires installed for under $700 somewhere 20 miles up the road, well... what would you do? I am not poor and I buy bikes, parts, and service. I am loyal, but I am not a sucker. Figure it out please.
