My son has been going here for about two years now and he loves it! All of the staff here are amazing and it shows that they have a true love for what they do. They do a lot of arts & crafts, learning activities, dancing/singing and playing. They also help with potty training when your child is ready. I couldn’t ask for a better daycare for my son to attend. We are forever grateful for the love and care they provide here!

This place is a scam and not understanding at all they will literally charge you $10.00 a minute you are late to I pick up your child sometimes things come up sometimes you get stuck in traffic and it doesn’t even help if you call them ahead and they won’t allow you to bring certain foods with your child now I know why there was availability here because it’s a scam taking money out of a hard working parents pockets

I started here in 2021 as a baby teacher and now work in the preschool, and I can honestly say every inch of this daycare is used to provide your child with all the tools, love, care, and education they need for their specific age. We do age based activities, art, and lesson plans. On top of that our owner, director, and other teachers are all amazing as well- constantly going above and beyond for the children. Whether you’re looking for employment or childcare, Small Steps is the place to come to.

Both of my youngest kids have been attending small steps for quite some time. They both love it and I know my kids are in great hands when I'm working. Rebecca has always been kind and understanding. They do great activities and really help the kids learn. Best daycare around

We loved small steps daycare. Our daughter loved going and we only left because we moved. I couldn't recommend this daycare enough! They really take good care of the children

WAY more than a daycare. The teachers are very caring and the activities the kids do are beyond creative and fun. They have a wonderful playground and the kids have a fantastic time while they are there. My son super loved this school for four years and I am so lucky I found this place for him!! It’s clean, well-maintained and Miss Channa, Miss Jess, Miss Jen, and more were absolutely wonderful to my son. They accommodate food allergies and I was always alerted to any accidents or incidents that may have happened at the school.

The absolute best daycare in Johnson city!!!!Its appalling to see reviews anything less than 5 stars. My children love it here. They come home talking more, my oldest comes back singing songs ive never taught her before.They learn and they grow and they are happy.Channa is always updating me with pictures of my girls.Whenever we walk in my girls are greeted by name.I wouldnt send my kids anywhere else. The wait was well worth it for my girls.

Best child care facility. Everybody is super kind and very good with the kids. Our little one has grown so much in both learning and social skills thanks to the teachers' boundless efforts. Miss Christy is an absolute inspiration.

Thought this was a great day care. But Lord forbid if something comes up. They are not understanding at all. We were turned away for being 9 minutes late when we had a personal issue.

******** BEWARE*********This place is horrible! They DO NOT take care of kids!They WILL NOT call you if your kids falls and bumps his head! The school director CHRISTY says " there is no way we can call you every time the child falls and bumps his head.So what do they do there? The so called " teachers" are to busy chatting and cracking jokes and laughing.Watch out for Shanna that works there not only is she extremely rude and dismissive she doesn't have time to take care of the kids there she is too busy talking and laughing.I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!I I could give them NO stars I would!
