HORRIBLE customer service. Their one-year warranty and extra warranty you purchase are useless. They do not follow through on anything and then will gaslight your into thinking you did something wrong. Not family friendly furniture as we were told the warranty's were not valid because they could see dog hair on the furniture, we moved, our toddler must have caused damage, etc. over 10K wasted on what was supposed to be great furniture and "family owned" service.

If there was a zero that's what they need! I bought a massage heat chair a year ago and started having problems with it in November I called and they told me to just let it run even though it's making a noise finally got someone to come look at it and he said he would order the part. I went 2 months and didn't hear anything I called back and they said it was on backorder and didn't know when and if they could get the part so I kept trying to get ahold of someone to help me get a refund or something for the thousand-dollar chair that I had bought and paid $100 for a 5 year warranty. one of the supervisors finally got in touch with me and said he would send somebody out to get the chairs so he can look at it he has had it a week tomorrow and I have not heard anything from him zaks is a joke!!! and now I've had chair a year yesterday and the warranty Place says they can't do anything because I don't have the chair..zaks does!!omg really..I will never buy anything from them again !!

I ordered a bedroom set in May and was told that will be there in August in mid-September still have not received the entire set. So I asked for a portion to be delivered. Zak's was nice enough to deliver it. I was told that the other unit would be in later. Two weeks ago they called and said the unit was in and I requested an afternoon delivery. They scheduled me for two weeks later. I just got a call was told that they would be delivering it first thing in the morning. When I called to complain, they adjusted the time.

Wish there was a 0 stars. I shopped online today for a dining room set and added it to my cart For $899 I called the store about ordering time and was informed that the price in my cart and on website was wrong . So instead of $899 it's now $1579. I sent screenshots of my cart and was told sorry, we won't honor that price. Most stores would apologize and let you have the pricing and then change the price, admit the mistake and make the customer happy. Not Zaks. They say oh, well we have a pricing disclaimer in fine print and are not responsible for errors.

Buyer beware I bought furniture back in August and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks went back the third week of October told it would be November 15 and that my date would not be moved back then was told that it would now be December 10 and not sure it would be moved back again , please be aware they have no idea right now when their furniture will be in ! Update was just told it will now be the middle of January
