Did not care if I was there or not, exceptionally rude and had no clue that a very popular paint sheen existed. I had to look it up and show them. You’d think 3 people working at a paint store wouldn’t know a little about paint.

Even though local Sherwin Williams retail stores are currently experiencing a materials shortage the employees are exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have available!

Went into the store the clerks did not even make eye contact with me and we’re exceptionally rude. They took two phone calls assisted other people and when someone walked in the door after us they mediately gave them service. With this kind of service I take my business elsewhere.

This is where you want to buy your paint. You can wait until there is a promotion to get 30% or so off paint. That's what we do. This quality paint is so good, you will paint it only once. The only reason I did not give it a five is because 9 times out of 10 we have to stand around until a sales associate gets to us.

I have been using this specific store for a year because it is close to my house and JC doesn’t have a Benjamin Moore and I have yet to have had one good experience. Most of the workers are very rude especially the older worker who I actually think is the manager. I have even had him cuss in front of me which is just poor business practice. But honestly, I could get over that if they were knowledgeable, but they aren’t. Every time I am there, I feel like they need a lot of coaching. And lastly, twice they have actually forgotten to MIX the paint and I get home and have to turn around and tell them they didn’t actually add any color!
