Gas pump receipt printers are not working again. I knew better than to stop here. They never have working receipts at the pump.

The store is really awful and the lady in there he’s completely random and when I asked her to pay for my items separately so that I can get a discount she got mad because she had a long line ignored me and paid for them all together anyways therefore I didn’t get my discount because of that if you’re going to advertise a discount then you need to honor that by taking care of the customer that you’re currently dealing with and then worry about your line after that customer is done I recommend going to another shell because I’m a very loyal customer of shell I go to Shell all the time but I will never come back to the Shell again this lady’s route ridiculous totally ignores her Customers and she really doesn’t need to be in customer service if she’s gonna be like that I’m pretty sure I read the name on the badge was like Nicole something so if you run into her I suggest you go to another store

Stopped and paid for $8 in gas. It wouldn't pump so I let attendant know and she responded with you already pumped it and I explained no I didn't. She wanted to argue with me instead of just saying it will go back to your card. Such a hassle. I will avoid stopping there in the future.

The worker there at about 8pm today didn't have his mask covering his nose. They don't work unless you wear 'em right!

I've been buying gas and snacks here for over a decade. I wish the owners would "up their game" and really improve the condition of this place. If you compare this to the BP Roadrunner gas station just a short drive away near ETSU, you'll see what I'm talking about.
