Right off I26 exit and hwy67 to Elizabethton, has a dunking ? and a laundromat and drive through car wash. Parking lot can be kinda busy if your in a big truck with trailer or rv but you can still get in and out easy and back onto the road

I had the displeasure of meeting John tonight. I told him I wanted $10 in gas and a pack of cigarettes and wanted to do a specific amount on my card and the rest in cash. He said that he “couldn’t do that” and I simply replied “Oh, I’ve done it before at other shell stations” and he rudely came back and said that he must “not know anything, I’ll do it and show you what happens”. When I told him I didn’t appreciate his attitude and it was very unnecessary he said he didn’t appreciate my attitude either. If you hate working in customer service and don’t know how to do something at your job just say that, I’ve had no issues splitting payment with a gas purchase at the shell station down the road from me. I also see this isn’t the first complaint about John so maybe he should be retrained or reprimanded of some sort because his attitude towards paying customers is inexcusable.

The old lady I’m assuming the manager is extremely rude to customers . I asked her if she had spray for the bathroom because it stunk horribly and she said and I quote “we’re getting ready to clean the bathrooms why? , you can just wait “ with such a passive aggressive tone . Like I know it’s Monday but start treating customers with respect.

Cashier decided not to sell us alcohol because I, not even the one drinking it, didn’t have my ID. She refused to sell it even after I said I would get my ID. She shouldn’t be allowed to be a cashier at all. Said the law was to ID everyone. She said her name was Aleiya??? Who knows for sure.

I've been stopping here everyday around 430am ish they always have the bathroom propt open for cleaning but I go on in to use it I drive all the way from kingsport to my job right by it and today had it blocked like I'm not going to make a mess u know in and out seems to me they should clean the restroom wen they have a long period of time with no customers not wen people are on they're way to work I was very unhappy with this and will do wat I can to make sure pple know this too so in the future they will not get any customers around 430ish again

Love this gas station!!!! My favorite cashier works here, can't remember her name. She makes you feel like family every single time I go here. Shout out to you, Cashier lady with longish blonde hair!!!!

I stop here often. For the most part it's great. Recently a new employee started Linda is her name she is extremely rude. I will wait in another line if they have another cashier on. She rolls her eyes slams things on counter. I understand getting and keeping help is hard but no need to be so rude.On another note the new manager is great. Very friendly. Another employee Brenda is always pleasant
