just issues constantly. I end up on the phone with them almost every week because my card suddenly stops working or the app has locked me out. Wouldn’t recommend.

This C.U. Has no appreciation of loyal and/or long time customers. My wife and I have been members at Select seven credit union(formerly Johnson city federal credit union) for 30+ years.We have had multiple loans with them and bought at least 5 vehicles through them. And always paid them every penny of the loans AND interest. And now days they won't even return phone calls my wife and I have both tried to communicate with them recently ( with little or no response). I applied for a Christmas loan online with them this week because i called and left (Ms Bell) a message and much as expected she never returned my call. When someone (Jase) did call I missed his call, and when I returned his call the girl that answered asked my number but not my name, so I don't expect that call back either. You would think they would value customers like us to help make them and their members profit but I guess not. My wife has already closed her account and I guess I'll be next. They really should adopt a different business plan!

Tried to open up a new account. A lady literally jumped up and ran to the back as I approached, then they had their door lock and refused to open up. Will not be giving them any business. I've chosen a different credit union.

Not good at all they used to be great back when they had older people in supervisory roles. But now it's like no one knows what's really going on. Michelle flat out refused to cash a valid check ( my part of an insurance settlement ). The checks mine and theirs were both mailed at the same time from the insurance company, so more than likely they got their check to. This was yesterday and my car loan still hasn't been cleared out. All she could tell me yesterday was " I don't know which branch it went to". I'd hate to think they have lost the insurance pay off, or they are sitting on it to get a few more dollars interest but who knows?

I have been banking with Select Seven for many years. The staff is always ready to go the extra mile to see that my banking needs are met. I've had several loans with them, and I can honestly say I don't think you can find better personal service anywhere. I currently have savings, checking and a loan with them, and in my opinion, I couldn't do better at any bank I know. I would recommend Select Seven to anyone looking for a friendly personalized banking experience.

Select Seven is more than just a financial institution. Over the years, I've grown close with the kind, helpful folks who work there. I've always received friendly, prompt service, and would recommend them to anyone!

Staff are friendly and willing to help. Out of all the credit unions in the area, Select Seven has the best customer service. Dealing with money can be very stressful but Select Seven's employees go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of.

Most importantly, the employees are pleasant and efficient, just what you are looking for when dealing with financial business. Deposits, withdrawals, loan applications and loan payments are fast and easy. Plenty of employees. I am immediately greeted whether using the drive through or the walk in windows. The lobby is clean and elegantly decorated, including seasonal decorations. Gives the feeling of doing business with a classy organization.
