They made me wait 90% of the day. I am in medical school. I worked graveyard as an emergency dispatcher. This is the first time I have ever had to call for utility assistance anywhere. I tried to inform the guy exactly wbut the utility office in Jonesborough told me for my water bill. Instead of listening. He started interrupting me told me that I didn't understand what they had said when I had made sure to get specific information once again. I'm in.
Medical school and this man thought it was okay to insult my intelligence When I've come in there multiple times over the years.Here are there for maybe a food box nothing else .. Years ago I know for a fact the person who was over this branches office got in a whole lot of trouble Today they had Olivia, whoever she is working there.Front desk the entire time that she had assisted me throughout the day she made it sound like I was wasting Wasting her time and that she would rather be doing anything anywhere else Then volunteering and working the front desk here... If.
You need any kind of assistance?Look at elsewhere. They don't care about anyone.

Horrible place! They only care about making money on the donations you give them. They have no interest in helping people in need. I donated a couch that was in good shape with a few cat scratches on the side. The driver took a look it at and said we can't sell this. When I called the office stating that couch could be given to a family in need instead of selling it to make money the counselor I spoke with stated "We dont do that anymore. If we can't sell it we won't take the couch."
