I came across my truck listed on marketplace. I decided that I’d go find this car lot. I first meet Amber then Paul . I purchased the truck and discovered a few days later there was an electrical issue with it. I understand that I purchased a used truck but Paul, Amber, Tammy and Alan (I hope i didn’t leave anyone out) were amazing to work with. Paul made sure the truck was fixed and I was happy before I started making my payments. I had never heard of SAI Auto until recently. During one phone call with Paul I told him that I appreciate everything he was doing and he said I don’t want this to be the only vehicle you buy from us. Well it won’t be. Thank you again to Paul, Amber, Tammy and Alan for everything. Y’all went above and beyond. If you need a good quality used car go check them out.

I got a car from sai auto about 2 weeks ago. After driving it a few days the oil light came on and it was the oil sensor. Took it back and they fixed it without a problem. They worked with me on the down payment. I would recommend them.

Great selection! Many different makes and models to choose from. If you're shopping for a used car or need repair work, give Sai Auto Sales and JC Auto a call. A great customer service staff, sales and service department are there to assist. Paul is the owner and works with each customer to reach a fair deal.

I purchased a 2003 Mazda 3 from Paul.. he worked with me on down payment.. and my car is amazing! I drove it 5 hours away and it did great, no issues at all. I highly recommend checking SAI auto sales out for anyone in the market for a car! Best Buy here pay here in Johnson city! Thanks Paul!

The whole staff at Sai auto has been wonderful. Paul went above and beyond to put me in the car I wanted. After a few days I had some issues with it. Paul made sure it got fixed. Would recommend Sai auto to anyone looking for a car.
