I need the managers phone number I am a regular customer there every day I spend $70 to $100 a day there is this lady there and her boyfriend who assaulted my husband spit on him was beating on the truck windows to try to get him out so they can fight him I don't know her name I know she works night shifts but as soon as I find her name out I'm making a complaint or calling whatever office I can whether it's the GPM investments or whatever but this is unacceptable if you can't even feel safe coming to a store that you go to every single day without having to worry about some drunks trying to fight you they are constantly messed up at this store passing out or leaving and going outside and leaving the cash register and all of the merchandise unattended there are kids that go in there and still alcohol and they allow it there's only a few good workers there maybe only two and the manager herself I have been calling back to back and no one is answering because it's the same lady who attacked him working tonight so of course she's not going to answer the phone I would give zero reviews if possible at this point but before it would have been five this is ridiculous and then she comes outside today again and tries to assault him and tell him he's not welcome in the store when she's not even a manager to tell him whether he can or can't be in there is ridiculous so whoever sees this I've already turned in a complaint and if this is not resolved soon or she is not terminated because it is not safe for people to come there as long as her and her boyfriend are there trying to fight people they can actually be charged with assault at this point and I don't think they understand that

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I went in to get a drink and use the bathroom and was patiently waiting for the bathroom. This old worker came out after flushing at least 16 times and said “you can’t use this bathroom it’s flooding” in the most rude tone even tho this was my first reaction with her. And I said oh ok I’ll just wait for the mens because I am PREGNANT therefore cannot wait until I get home. Another woman had went in before me so I was waiting on her to come out and a man came up and had to use it so I said there’s someone in there. The woman came out of the mens and yet again the old worker gives me another attitude saying “well she didn’t say there was a woman in there” okay ma’am and I’m so sorry that you have to work on this cold day but I have a fetus on my bladder and your rudeness is so disgusting and unnecessary and ugly. Always hated this store for this reason, not one person can be nice EVER.

Deionne Cox, the asst mgr, is sensationally rude. I usually go in every Sat and Sun morning. She is ALWAYS gossiping with a friend. She doesn't break conversation long enough to greet me, ever. She just chatters away about her kids, traffic, weather, whatever. She scans my items without even glancing at me. She pauses while scanning, still holding items I'm trying to purchase, while she finishes her statement to her buddies. As a customer I am invisible in the store, and rather a hassle to her. I have to ask her to bag my items every time, and I have to interrupt her conversation to do so. She is on constant break, customers are a chore to her and she pays them almost no mind. It's rude as hell and she does it every single time I come in. There's another market about a mile up the road - I shop there now, they're very polite.

Very big gas station, they’re open 24/7, they have diesel and air station. Easy access from Rt.36 and Bobby Hicks Hwy, the intersection is bad for accidents, but access to Shell station is easy. Plenty of room for trucks, it would a little tight for 18 wheelers, but doable if needed. Great location considering there’s nothing else close to Boone dam or even the airport.

The new gas pumps are horrible. They crash frequently and rarely read the fast reward cards. Half of them usually have yellow bags on the nozzles as well.

With the exception of Food City, all of the gas stations in the Gray area are operated by a company called GPM. GPM runs a racquet on pricing due to the almost monopoly so they are more pricey than another companies to begin with. On all products. If you are in the Gray area, I recommend that you go to any GPM store other than this Shell. The manager has a real chip on her shoulder and it rubs off on the employees. All seem to have a nasty attitude. Like it’s an inconvenience to them you are trying to trade with their store. Just negative vibes all around. Also, in Tennessee, lottery is turned on at 6 AM. Every other store does it. Even GPM stores. Of all of the other stores in TN though, apparently this manager is the only one that has paperwork or responsibility. They refuse to turn their lottery on until 8 daily. The reason I was given is the rude, angry, woe is me, manager lady had too much to do in the mornings. I would recommend new management. One that is not overwhelmed by the responsibility. One that trains the employees to be more personable towards customers. She has no more responsibility than any other GPM store manager but is ill equipped to handle it. I will be trying to spread the word for people to trade elsewhere. 0 of 5 stars. Store has no upside. There’s another 1 mile down the road. Sunoco. Much better service. Same company. Manager capable of handling her stuff.
