Had to pay in advance. Hateful lady at front. Waited week for my comforter, patiently. Arrived to pickup, was told not ready. Didnt know where was at. When I demanded the return of my uncleaned comforter and money back. She magically found and (according to her)it now HAD been cleaned. All in 20 minutes. Never going back or to Dry Clean City as she told me THEY operate both businesses.

Clothes are never done on time. Rude woman works in front and they smoke inside where your clothes are. Mine smelled like smoke when I picked them up

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!! The employees that clean and press do drugs while at work and the owners have no problem with it at all. If they destroy an item they make a note that it was like that when brought in so they dont have to replace it.

Quality of cleaning my bed spread was fine. My issue was with the timeliness. It was scheduled to be done in 7 days (which I thought was already a lengthy amount of time but was fine with it). Came to pick it up on the date and time it told me to pick it up and they said, “oh yeah we haven’t even started it yet. Do you want me to put in a note to do it in the next day or so?” So I won’t go back there for that reason. If I’d read the reviews I would’ve known this was a common issue and called first before driving 22 miles out of my way to pick it up at the date listed.

Good dry cleaner near downtown Johnson City. I took them a wool coat, and it came back looking and smelling great! They were friendly, and the job was done on time. No complaints whatsoever. Good job guys!

After years of using Quik & Grady’s I am done. I picked up my clothes this morning from the Boone’s Creek location and walked into a sea of cigarette smoke. The new lady that works in there obviously thought it was too cold to smoke outside so now my clothes smell like a wet ash tray and I will have to have them cleaned somewhere else.

With a broken dryer, I was in need of laundry services for my family, while we shopped for a new dryer. Called one morning for the price of laundry services. Dropped off that same afternoon and when I picked up my laundry 2 days later, the price was .65 cents/pound more than I was told over the phone. That was $75 extra than we were expected to pay. Should have gone with the other bad reviews and just spent a whole evening at the laundromat. This was our first and last experience with Grady’s.
