Tommy is far and away one of the most professional and helpful individuals I have come across. He is helpful, efficient and strives to do everything he can to ensure your needs are met. Facility itself is a great, quiet and safe location. Very fair rates and easy to get a hold of. Would highly recommended to anyone, Tommy will take care of you and get you the best deal possible!

I showed up on Friday 10mins prior to the office closing and asked to see my unit and where it was located as I was moving in the next day! Thank the Lord I checked, as the unit was too small for all my belongings. Tommy was so helpful in the exchange to a larger unit for me he stayed after closing time and never made me feel as if it put him out all. If I could give 10 stars for Customer Service for him I would !!! Thank you Tommy for being so kind and understanding in my moment in Panic !!!! I would recommend this facility just for the customer service alone.

HORRIBLE!!!! I believe it's under new ownership. I got units there 4 years ago, it was great, no problems at all, now it sucks! These people caused so much havoc in my life last month it's incredible! The list of issues is lengthy so I'll just tell you, if you need storage, go somewhere else!!!! Please don't put yourself through anything I just went through!

Tommy was very nice, honest, accommodating, and thorough. I have had storage units in other facilities but this is by far the nicest. Easy access to my things, great rates, good security, and Tommy was more than happy to assist. He took the time to explain things and was easy to talk to.

The guy (Tommy) who works here is really nice. Every time I come, I see him doing something to keep the place clean. 10/10 would recommend to others. If things change, will update.

My son amd roommate, , both Tusculum students, use this location to store their belongings in between semesters. Olivia, has been a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, courteous and always willing to help. Goes out of her way to help these kids. I will continue to use them as long as my son attends TU.
