I just went to the priceless on South Roan Street in Johnson City Tennessee at 9:46 p.m. and there was a handful of employees gathered together at the front and when I pulled in the lights went off and the doors were locked and it was 14 minutes till closing time and all I was trying to do was get a gallon of milk. The last few times I've went in that store to try to shop when I got to the register the cashiers always act like it's an inconvenience for them to wait on me or any of the other customers And anytime I've asked them about using the digital coupons most of the time they don't even know how to do them and when they call a manager to show them they act like it kills them to have to come in and help. The prices in that store have skyrocketed as well. I don't know what's happened or if it's the employees they've hired but in the last couple years that store is really went downhill. I guess I'll go to Food City now at least they'll stay open till the time they say they close at. Come on priceless I know it can do better than this because it used to be a great store. Please hire some employees that'll do their job and not make the customers feel like they're a bother.

Went in just to get a few things and I'm told to take my purse and leave it with manager or take to car. Well I've been in this store a regular for a while never had a problem with my purse before. Seems to me this policy is like discrimination. And if this store is so scared I am gonna steal or that I have a gun and am gonna kill then why not fix the problem. Get a security guard or security cameras.
Making people feel the way I felt today is a good way really to lose business. Shouldn't steroids type people like that

No frills shopping. Not a huge selection, compared to the very expensive stores, but I never look for a product that I cannot find. Prices are great, even after the 10%, and I am always impressed with the meat and especially the meat prices. I go here almost exclusively

I’m only giving a 4 because they don’t carry all types of rice and the bread and bakery is very select on
items. Otherwise no complaints, fair prices.

Priceless has gotten costly!! If picking up only a few items, no problem. A couple of weeks ago I went in early, a couple hours before lunch. I did my grocery shopping. I had around $70 - $80 worth of groceries in the buggy, and went to check out. Started loading my groceries onto the counter. Light was on, so that told me that Lane was open. I hear someone say " she's not open." It sounded rude, just to be truthful. 2 cashier's, both lights were on when I pushed the buggy up, and all of sudden both cashier's were doing stock, or something but Not cashiering?? I responded with ok, then which lane is open? The cashier just looked over to the self checkout. I haven't stepped foot in to a Walmart for over 2yrs because the last time I went, I did my shopping and had to do the self checkout, then I was stopped at the door while the person what seemed like to me, checked off every single item. I got rude back, telling the cashier @ Priceless that I wasn't going to check myself out, that since they were doing stock, they could just put all of the items in the buggy back because I wasn't going to go through self checkout with almost $80 worth of groceries.. If cashier's no longer have to cashier, why not make the self checkout a little more convenient by adding larger counter space? At least that way maybe a person could maybe get some kind of rhythm to checking their stuff out themselves. That way it won't take as long, and most people wouldn't become irritated when checking Their stuff out themselves! That's what it's all about nowadays, Right?
