Do NOT trust them with any packages you need mailed through another shipping company. I paid for an envelope from their store. The item was a warranty return through FedEx. Thankfully I made sure to get a receipt showing I did drop it off. Tracking shows that FedEx never received it. They blame FedEx and FedEx denied my claim due to never receiving the package. They were extremely rude and hateful with no intentions of taking any responsibility. They did finally refund me the cost of the item after having to threaten legal action. This is my first and last time I will ever step foot in that place. Oh, they also made sure they banned me for life from there. ?

Very very rude. I was there for fingerprinting and the man assisting me was down right mean. Aside from the fact that he literally said 6 words to me the ENTIRE time, he was borderline abusive. I understand there is procedure that must be followed, but I’m pretty certain having him dig his fingernails into my fingers EVERY TIME he rolled my fingers is not procedure.

The shop hours are not till 6pm. you are lucky if the guy doesn’t shoo you out if you walk in at 5:40 and I’ve never been in there after 10 till because it’s lights out closed. More accurate hours would be close at 5:30 ish depending on how staff feels.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The man who just waited on me was unprofessional, very unfriendly & flat out rude. He made it obvious he did not want to be there or help me. He also said he was the manager & owner of this location so i guess he can get by with treating customers this way. Either way I won't be back!

I have used the Johnson City location several times for both small and medium size orders and they are always courteous and prompt. Definitely recommend!

I went to get fingerprinted. The guy was on his cell phone playing a game and didn't acknowledge me until he was finished. Other than that he was polite but not friendly. The process was quick and easy. It is not cheap though so I'm glad I didn't have to pay for it.

Absolutely love this place! The gentleman is so helpful, answers all my questions, guides me through paper types to find the best for my printing, and the prices are so reasonable. Great location and good hours. I recommend all my friends and family to PostNet in JC for all their printing and shipping needs. Honestly have not a negative thing to say. Hope they stick around for a very long time!!!
