I wouldn't recommend this place at all the equipment is very outdated the location isn't the most convenient either I don't feel safe to even exit my vehicle
Very well equipped 24 hour fitness center with equipment from Hammer Strength, Cybex , Body Master and many more. Gym is suitable for beginners up to the very advanced trainer. Gym is $29 per month for a single person and $45 for a couple with family rates also offered. There is no contract, no sign up fee, and free tanning bed use with all memberships. Gym is located at 3061 South Roan Street right off exit 27 and very near Okolona Road. Gym is 24 hour access for members but tours and sign ups are by appointment.
