100% recommend. I walked in today to get a nail trim on a dog that needed it badly and to set up a future groom. They was able to take her in today! and she done the best job I've ever seen! All the girls there are so sweet and professional, I will never go anywhere else! This is my new ONLY place.

2 small dogs, taken care both came out clean and happy. Dropped off around lunch picked up about 4 pm. Worked out well.

Our family has used Personal Touch for years! We’ve never had an issue! Our doggies love going, and they look great when I pick them up! Staff is super nice and very helpful! I highly recommend trying to get on their waitlist! There is a reason they stay so busy and that is because they are the best!

My dog Benjamin always looks amazing after his grooming.He is old and usually very nervous, but not here. They take excellent care of him.

Personal Touch has done an amazing job on my Yorkie!! He has gone twice now and both times Danni has come out looking and smelling fantastic. They gave him a moisturizing bath that helped with his dry skin and it has helped him with his itching a lot!!❤

I do not recommend this place at all. Me and my sister called about our puppies nails and to get them started on getting use to the salon and we called over 5 five times to get ahold of them and they still didn't answer. And then proceeded to tell us, after finally calling us back, that they wouldn't take our puppies in because they are "big dogs". However, they are only nine week year old puppies and we just wanted their nails trimmed and get them use to being trimmed. We wasn't promising to stay at this company forever. Also, me and my brother already had a dog that we took there for the past, maybe four years or more, and yesterday she came home scared of my brother and has never acted like that. My brother's dog, her grooming, was shaved down to the skin and it looked awful, and there was patches of fur unshaved so nothing looked right at all. We were not satisfied with any of the services that day. We don't plan to be back, that's for sure. We didn't have a problem out of this company until just recently. Needless to say, My family wasn't happy with the treatment we have received lately about our dogs.
