Easy check-in/out procedures. This place offers a great military discount. Our pets were well taken care of and we will definitely use them again!

My dogs had the best time here! They are amazing and super sweet you can tell they love animals. I know it’s hard to board your dogs but I will say this place makes it easy! They let me take my dogs stuff into their room and set it up for them. They also sent me texts and updates throughout the weekend! I have one small breed and one medium breed and they let them sleep together and play outside together! Really recommend this place if you’re unsure where to board your dog!

this got me in for a family emergency that I had to go out of town for with me giving less than 48 hours notice. they took excellent care of my dog which is a German shepherd mix and he seemed very happy when I picked him up. ALSO THEY GIVE VETERANS A DISCOUNT

Very disappointed. About 2 weeks ago, We came in to tour the facility. We were just doing an overnight to see how our 2 dogs would do as they had not been at a kennel. Everything seemed fine, however, a couple of days after we got them home, they both had kennel cough. They had all their vaccinations. We were very upset and called to see if they were aware of anything going on around there. We actually tried several times, but we never received a call. That was Very upsetting. We will not send our dogs there.

Wonderful boarding facility! Very clean and the staff is so friendly and good with the dogs. The groomer is fantastic and was so patient with my aunts dog who doesn't like to be groomed. They did such a good job. Highly recommended!

I will not be taking my dog back. The only thing I liked abt the place was that they don’t kennel your dog. But my dog was there all day & 2 days after being there my dog had a bad cough. The fact that my dog doesn’t leave our property except to the vet & grooming tells me he caught it from there. Now we are treating all our dogs & an expensive vet bill as well. The girl had used scissors to cut our dog & did a very poor job. Don’t recommend at all!!

Best place in the tri cities. Staff is very friendly and you can tell they truly love animals. I reccomend this place for all boarding and grooming needs for your fur kids!

Yeah, teach the front staff some customer service skills.Or any skills, really.Direct quite from black haired girl after it felt like I "bothered her", from looking at her phone........"I mean, yeah maybe we could keep her....idk....so idk.....we could possibly keep her until Thursday, but I don't know. We have 55 dogs coming in Friday, so who knows."Um what?? If you don't know, I don't know.Sorry I bothered you and tried to give you business

Overall pleasant and affordable experience boarding my 2 cats. My only complaint is they were unusually thirsty when they got home. I noticed a previous reviewer had mentioned this as well. I would likely board them there again.

Groomer Josh did an excellent job with our long haired sheltie mix. We just added a Great Pyrenees to our dog family and Josh worked him in to get him cleaned up and take care of his painfully overgrown toenails. Josh sends pictures and keeps us informed. We trust that our dogs are loved on and well cared for with Josh and everyone at the kennel.

We have had our boys (border collie mix and Blue heeler) here multiple times and they never disappoint! They feel and smell fantastic after their baths and their de-shedding technique truly works! Thanks again!

We used the daycare service today and was so pleased with the staff and how well they did with our dog. Sadie is a bit timid with other dogs but they took their time and made sure she was comfortable.
