I just purchased a hitch cargo carrier was delivered today October 16 bought it to put on my 2014 jeep wrangler if you have a jeep wrangler you will half to remove the spare tire for it to work which is a pain this company needs to put that in there sales description my wrangler has 17 in tires so not sure if smaller tires would work the hitch cargo carrier was a ultra tow 49 in aluminum cargo carrier you will need to purchase a hitch extension 4in to mount the spare tire

I will never go there again! I bought a plasma cutter, got home, and realized it was not what I needed. I used it one time, very little, and took it back. The cashier and manager met me at the register and manager "Pam Mossinger" was very rude and all I did was ask for a refund. She informed me that it had been used and she could not sell it as new, I advised her that the tip was the only thing that showed very little use and I could have changed the tip for her. They charged me 127.00 restocking fee. Please don't go there or if you do please make sure it is what you need before you leave the store. If you have to deal with this rude manager, your experience will be bad.

Bought a rototiller which after 13 months would not start. Took it back to the store for repairs and had to pay 65.00+ up front. Everyone that I dealt with has been extremely rude and could not help me. I will never do business with this company again!

Fisrt off the one star does not represent what I feel about Northern tools directly. That 1 star reflects the poor design on the new Cat pump (model# 76DX39G11) that Northern is using on thier pressure washers. I spent over 5 thousand dollars for a pressure washer skid and this pump failed after 5 min of runtime. I spoke with the tech at my local Northern tool and he said its a brand new design that they switched to and mine was the 2nd on that failed prematurelywithing weeks from purchase. It was a pain to get a replacement sent and get me back operational and I was down for a week. Keep in mind I am a small business owner and this is devastating when you have commercial contracts that have deadlines. I am now on a 13 thousand dollar contract job with 8 hours on the pressure washer and it has failed again. I have spent over 10 thousand dollars with northern tools in the past 3 months and if this does not get addressed I will no longer do business with them. I hope someone from Corporate reaches out to me asap. Because this is ridiculous.

Good deals sometimes Milwaukee tools are to high for me i know you get what you pay for but i just cant talk myself into the price when other brands are cheaper and serve same purpose
