Jeremy and his team have been absolutely amazing to work with. We have been with the Yates Agency for a few years and have NO complaints. Jeremy has consistently gone above and beyond for us. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. I don't plan on going with any other company.

I am the owner of Tri-City Air Conditioning Company. We have been with the Yates Agency for 6 years. They handle our corporate insurance and our group health. Jeremy Yates is my agent. I cannot express how pleased I am with their service. I have been dealing with insurance agencies for over 20 years and Jeremy is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with. He always makes sure we have the correct coverage at the best premium. He goes above and beyond to assist with anything we need. The staff at Yates is very quick to respond and assist as well. We just renewed our policies for the coming year. I highly recommend The Yates Agency.
