Unbelievable pharmacy. As benefit for Ballad Team Members, they deliver to your department and this is so awesome--saves like 30 minutes each time. More minutes to enjoy. Love this Ballad benefit and the pharmacy too.

I am so frustrated. I was all but called a liar from the technician that was talking to me. She was telling me that my prescription had been delivered with my other ones to Franklin Woods Pharmacy but it hadn't. She told me all the ways it had been delivered and argued with me when I told her it hadn't. She told me how many prescriptions were in the bag and I was wrong. When I told her I guess I would have to call my doctor, she decided to check the basket, which I assumed had already been done, and came back to the phone and sheepishly said, "You know, it was in the basket." Then began to give all kinds of excuses why it was there. I was treated like a drug-seeker and my prescription was just bupropion, not a narcotic. There was no apology. I let her know I didn't appreciate the treatment. She was super nice at that point. I didn't get her name but this happened on 02/19/21 at around 10:25 AM. If I wasn't a Ballad Health employee and get my prescriptions delivered to FWCH, I would switch pharmacies in a heartbeat! There is NO excuse for that kind of treatment to anyone. Just check the basket to begin with!

Stacey and Lisa were very helpful. There have been staff changes I like seeing familiar faces and sweeping change oftentimes worries me.

Terrible. I went to pick up my medication and was told that they only had 1, which I needed 3. Said the reason they did that was because it was going to cost me a fortune. I always pay that amount, have been for the last 3 years. Then they tell me they did that because they only had 1. So someone should have called me to tell me this and they shouldn't have blamed it on how expensive it was.

It only took 1 day to special order, receive and then fill my prescription! I'm very pleased with the service and the way I was treated. Several other pharmacys couldn't or wouldn't order the medication. Mountain States Pharmacy didn't hesitate. The final cost was a bit more expensive, by almost $30. I'm just grateful to have my medication and to know that they will be making sure to keep it in stock from now on!

Great place if you have insurance. My wife and I get the exact exact same medication mg and everything they charge her insurance 22 dollars they charge me 318 dollars with no insurance. So they take advantage of the poor to BENIFIT themselves. Also she gets 40 pills a month I get 24 pills a month how does this make any sense can,someone please explain??
