“Ever had are have a person at store tell u hold on am with a customer and the customer did know what he are her want in a a portable speaker so I ask if I can pay my bill why they made up there mind ... I was told to hold on just a minute done been there for 15 mins waiting patiently I have my wife and kids in the van waiting on me time is not a thing you hold on to when you are kind of in the mood to get things done you get them done so I left going out the door I said I'll hold on to a minute you can have all afternoon to help them I went to the other store in Johnson City was. Done better there was in and out there under 5 minutes. ?????”

“Several years ago they were running an ad for four free phones and four lines for $100/month, unlimited everything. My family decided to jump on this deal, and they accommodated us further by allowing us to add an additional line for only another $25/month and we had to buy the phone (and we were able to make payments on it).
We have had this same plan, completely unaltered by us or them, for I want to say a good 4-5 years now, and we love it. It's such an affordable plan for five people with unlimited everything for $125/month and they don't change it up on us or jack up the cost over time or anything like that. Getting a new phone with them is hassle-free.
If you buy the phone there in the store they will do all of the transferring between old and new phones right then. When my daughter bought an unlocked iPhone from Best Buy, she paid $40 for the geek squad to do all that and and it turned out they couldn't move actual service between the phones (annoying because that was the very reason we went to the geek squad was to get the phone operational before we left). We took it to the metro store and they completed the process for us and got her service transferred with no problem, and were friendly about it.
As far as service goes, none of us has any complaints. We don't experience dropped calls or delayed text messages, they don't throttle our data speeds or any of that other nonsense you might encounter elsewhere.

“We had questions about a phone issue on a road trip and so we stopped at a random store a couple of hours into the trip. Expected the sales people to blow us off because we just had questions and didn’t live close enough to come back when we need to buy new phones, but this staff was amazing! Two of them jumped in to try to solve our issues (a man and a woman). I didn’t catch the names (we were on a time crunch) but you know who you are! “I was sent to the store by a non commissioned worker. He didn't want to send me an SD card for my mom's new phone. So I went into the Johnson City Tennessee Store it was 4:35 pm . They close at 5:00 pm. Rachel Osborne is the lady that waited on me. She was so helpful and kind . She worked everything out for me and got my mom's phone working. I was out by 5:05 pm. By the way there were only she and and one other man working and line 11 people in front of me. Thank you so much Rachel.”

“CPR could not repair my 4-year old phone. They tried many things but the conclusion was that it was likely the motherboard. I appreciate their effort and good communication. Should I need cell phone service in the future, I will definitely use CPR again.”
