If I could give less than one star I would. The manager Charlie, had all his employees afraid to ask him for help in the key department to use a machine they have to cut car keys but have not been trained enough on how to use. Apparently his was “cranky” over having to do inventory. And then was “uncomfortable” using the machine himself even though we were told he was the one that would know how to use it. Sounded like he just didn’t want to take the time to help a customer. The employees were very nice though. I’m sure he’s a peach to work under.

Not helpful, stating its not their policy. And suggesting I go to a total ripoff place to have a key cut , as if $220 isn't rip off enough.

Very poor experience. Called confirming availability of a propane tank refill. Immediately drove over, and was told the ONLY person that can refill them had gone home early. No remedy was offered. Had hoped to get more of a small business quality of experience than the big box stores, but this was not the case. Recommended heading elsewhere, especially if you plan on getting a propane tank refilled.

Stoped by to get 4 bags of triple 19 fertilizer.. they wanted 32 dollars a bag.. went to co-op in jonesborough and got it for 19 a bag.. they were 13 dollars a bag higher! Absolutely highway robbery and I will never step back in their store!

Made a gamble coming here instead of going to Lowe's because it was about the same distance. Wasted trip because they were out of 1.5 inch PVC. Great way to lose business. Definitely not a gamble. I'm making again.
