The worst customer service. The employees blamed everything on the new GM. I had been a metro customer for 6 years and from the interaction I had there (mind you we drove an hour to get there) we switched to Boost Mobile. They were horrendous. I do not suggest going there at all!

FYI Drove to this store 4/28/23 and there is no store. Empty inside and all Metro signage has been taken down. Not sure if it relocated or just closed

I would NEVER recommend this specific T-Mobile location. The younger guy working there was rude, unfriendly, and refused to help me and my friend. I was there to help my friend pay their phone bill but was told we would have to wait at least an hour or more because they had 2 other people that he was setting up an account for. Paying the bill would have taken less than 5 mins, but the worker told us to go to a different location instead for help. You lost our business, that's for sure! Horrible customer service.

I went in there on Saturday with my insurance claim phone trying to get it switched over. I had recently received a new phone with the insurance because my old phones speaker wasn't working so I could do it myself because my phone has insurance and you can't switch phones online if the have insurance. I didn't have the money for the activation fee. They told me there was nothing they could do for me. I left in tears. I waited til I got paid today went to the other Metro PC store in Johnson city the one on west market..... they turned my phone on without paying the fee. Didn't give me a hard time. And told me they was sorry. I have been with Metro PC since 2018. I have went to this store the entire time. Well you guys lost my business. Since I hear you're all owned by different people anyway. Your work is rude. I wish I had her name. She would not even hear me out.

My phone was shut off without warning. Assuming non payment. But that's not metro's fault. What is.....I had to backtrack due to lack of a simple notifying text alert that my account was suspended....I was already near this location but had to drive all the way back to it. Prepared to pay my bill on the spot, them employee in the store advises me that I "cannot be in the store without wearing a mask". Wrong. What that is....is discrimination. Refusing service because what I am/am not wearing is discrimination. I refused to wear the mask. It was not in a sealed package when the employee handed it to me. I knew nothing of the condition of the mask and I'm sure the Employee did not either. If you are going to attempt to follow the ridiculous precautions the scared you into practicing at least ACTUALLY be clean and safe. I paid my bill. Couldn't do it at the store unfortunately due to your employees enforcing policies that are no longer mandated in counties your stores are located in. No I had to drive all to my home. Use my wifi. And pay it. Truly ridiculous. I'll be filing a follow up complaint on the corporate website. This will also be the last month I have service with you people.
