I was having trouble with a purchase online with a new store card. I came in and Rachel had no problem looking up my new account and setting up the sales order for my new mattress. She listened, was courteous and very helpful! I would recommend going to this location and having Rachel or another Sleep Expert assist you with your next mattress purchase!

Great experience good customer service. I was acknowledged immediately upon entering the store by Sleep Expert Jodie. Told her what I was looking for and she showed me the mattresses and explained them. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices were good and they had a complete selection to choose from. I would definitely go back for any mattress requirements.

I had gone to 3 other places before coming to Mattress Firm. I knew as soon a I walked in the store that this was where I was going to make my purchase.Sleep Expert Chase was very friendly and professional. He was also very knowledgeable about the inventory and what best suited my needs.If one of my friends asked me where to go for a new bed, I would definitely send them to Mattress Firm.Thank You.

Was going to buy a cheap 500 to 700 dollar mattress but this sweet lady was 100% okay with that and didn’t try to upsell me a more expensive one. But my wife and I looked at more expensive ones and she said straight up these are more but we have financial and no interest. I didn’t want to but we found one that was 2k and oh boy was is what I wanted. She was so nice and asked all the questions. We put 500 down. And financed it for 12 months. For the remaining. She was wonderful. Yes I will agreed the prices are a little more then some places but we have a 10 year warrenty, and also a 45 day exchange Incase we don’t like. I would like recommend checking them out
