Our experience could not have been better. We’ve been in and out of the store several times trying to select the “perfect” new mattress. The whole process has taken a few months. It’s a big purchase. Those decisions don’t come easily so so wanted to get it right. Each time we’ve visited the store we were greeted by Rachel; always inviting, patient and helpful. She gave us space when we wanted to literally walk around and lay on every mattress for hours. And, she was ready to give us time and attention thin when we had questions or needed her help. I have absolutely no buyers remorse. Now … we await our new mattress and base. So excited! ?
