Had 2 basic manicures scheduled for today. Nobody seemed to know about appt when I walked in, treated like a walk-in. Thankfully there were technicians available for myself & a friend. Although we had to sit across the salon from each other, defeating purpose of having manis done together. My nail tech was either gabbing with other techs or on phone whole time. She never really spoke to me nor looked me in the eyes - until she cut my cuticle/skin & I was bleeding (pretty good)…. then she glanced at me to see if I noticed the cut. She kept covering the cut with a paper towel so I couldn’t see; although I certainly felt it. Never apologized. Went about manicure as usual. Barely filed nails. Base coat was ok. The 2 coats of colors done, but you can tell she didn’t apply 2nd coat on same spots as 1st coat (you can see the difference in colors/layers). After she was finished, she motioned for me to hold my nails in front of a small fan and then walked away. A couple mins later, she walked out of salon with her purse. No thank you, didn’t tell me how long to sit there, didn’t check to make sure my nails were indeed dry, no apology for cutting me, nothing. Rude!I don’t believe her instruments were sanitized. She just kept getting things out of a drawer. I’ve worked in a professional spa previously, so I know what to look for. It’s a good thing this was just a basic manicure & not for something special or more than $25, or I’d be really upset. And hours later, my finger with the cut is sore & I’ve had to put a bandage on it.I will not be returning to nor recommending Luxury Nails.

Needed a nail trim and cuticle clean up, I choose to skip the polish. My tech was quick to push back the cuticles and did I poor job of cleaning them up. Clipped the edge of my nails and never filed them round as requested, left them jagged. This is not my normal salon; I was traveling, and my nails needed some TLC. Would not return here again. I think I was interfering with her cell time.

The lady who did my nails was rude and wasn’t pleasant. My toes looked ok but she didn’t even put the usual clear topcoat! I have been here before and had a great experience but not today. I pd for the deluxe and she didn’t massage my feet for more than a minute.Service: Pedicure

Amazing mani/pedi. It was super clean, and the massage was nice. It’s taken me a year, but I finally found my favorite salon in the area!

I was treated rudely. The man who did my nails didn’t seem happy to have to be doing his job. He spoke to me twice. He was on his cellphone the entire time. He asked me did I want my nails shortened, I said no, I’m trying to let them grow. I bring my own gel polish. While he was polishing them, I noticed that the thumbnail had a big gap. I showed him and I could tell he didn’t like that. Finally when we got to the register, he spoke for the second time, telling me the price. I was so upset with the treatment, I didn’t leave him a tip. When I got outside I saw that there were gaps on several nails. Unbelievable!Services: Nail painting

These ladies did such a fabulous job!! I've been looking for a salon and I think I've found the "one." Thank you, Ann!!Edit: unfortunately, the nails started coming apart and falling off over the next couple of weeks. I had to find another salon to fix them.

Used to go here all the time and debated on leaving this review for awhile now. I have not been back in a couple months because the last time I went I got yelled at for the lady painting on my skin. I didn’t even do anything bc she was wiping the excess nail polish off my nail and yelled at me because she thought I messed them up, even though she was the one who did it. Every time I went into the salon I felt like I was an inconvenience to them and always felt rushed or they just didn’t care about how they my nails. So sad because they were really good. The only person that was always nice there, if she still is, was Tracy.

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I don't know what happened to the previous owners but this was by far my WORST experience at a nail salon which makes me sad because this was my number 1 go to. The woman who did my toes was loudly on her phone the ENTIRE time after being upset she was told to do my pedi. The poor guy doing my nails had a hard time. I guess they now specialize in dip nails ...not full sets with acrylic. I asked for ombre shorter nails -specifically asked him not to go too short just shorter for work- ...I spent the rest of my ride home filing my own nails due to being so crooked and lumpy. And the ombre looks horrible. They are so short that I cannot believe what I paid for such a mess. Luckily my pedi did turn out decent. The new owner or whatever was more interested in her new chairs n tables she ordered than helping the multiple walk ins ...unless you had an apt. Sadly thats going to be a big loss since so many people have always been able to just walk in there and be taken care of. I will not be back and need to find a new spot.

I have been getting my nails done here since they were in the JC mall, so long time customer! However, when I got my nails done today, I witnessed something so gross and when I made a comment about it all I got was a smile and oh sorry! Beware of dip color #232. The gentleman that did my nails today, I have never had before, and he was very rushed! When he asked me to move to his table, he never replaced the towel from the previous lady having her nails done, so it had her fingernail clippings and color on the towel. As he rushes through and gets to the end, he knocks over color #232 powder spilling it on the table and towel. Instead of calling it a loss, he picks up the towel and shakes the powder color, nail clippings and shavings on the table then proceeds to use his brush and sweep it back into bottle so whoever goes next will have fingernails mixed in with their powder.
