We are building a new home and we live about 45 minutes away and I've tried to call Lowe's appliance department for 5 days and nobody picks up the phone. It'll eventually to go back to the operator she'll try to put me through. Nobody answers or somebody picks up and just let sets the phone down. You know when you're spending about $9,000 on appliances you think you'd have better service and I know this store well the manager is great but the appliance Department needs some serious service help we're just going to have to go to Jonesborough. Chelsea was supposed to call us back for pricing and never did

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of Megan. She works in merchandise and didn't even have to help me, but she took the time anyway and got the problem solved. Keep her around!

I'm not a big contractor nor do I spend millions of dollars at Lowe's. But I am a customer that has spent thousands of dollars at this Lowe's location. I have learned to never again trust Lowe's Delivery services. I was treated very poorly. I was accused of crimes such as holding people prisoners in my house. Needless to say I was very surprised when Washington County Sherrifs dept showed up at my door surprising and startling my family also. We were told that the driver had called 911 and obviously made a false report stating people in my house were giving him signs for help. After we were obviously cleared of any wrong doing, I was told by Lowe's Delivery services that I was still a liar and they believe I have people in my house. So be sure to tip the driver if you get a delivery or you may also get the same treatment. I can't even get a call back from this Lowe's store. A person is only as good as their word, after promising to call and never doing so Lowe's in Johnson City is not the place I'll be doing any further business.

Their handicapped electric carts need work it's so hard to find them charged and working... it's hard enough to go shopping for me then to have to find a working cart... Lowes you can do better

Called for pricing on 6x6x12 pressure treated and 4x6x12 pressure treated and was on hold for over 25 minutes , I hung up and decided to go elsewhere

Never ever go through Lowe’s to get a roof they 3rd partied it out to RCB Renovations who did a awful job and came out and won’t fix damages made by them just awful customer service and all around work

I am a company owner and spend approximately $150,000 yearly at the Johnson city Lowes. I have been noticing a change in the lumber and material that I am getting delivered. A majority of the lumber is cracked busted or molded that I am getting and I am losing time and money by having to load it all up and take it back to the store to switch out for new. Also I am not getting the material that I ordered and the majority of times I don’t get everything I ordered. I order pallets of concrete at a time and the concrete is always hardened up or busted on the pallets. I talked to a manager at the store and he told me that they were short on employees and what employees he did have he had them working 12 hour shifts. I asked him if they were going to fix the problem but he didn’t seem to care too much. As he was telling me this I noticed about 6 Lowes employees grouped up at the front talking and laughing for quite a while. I just need to know if I’m going to see a change in my orders or if I’m going to have to go somewhere else to do my shopping. It’s getting real old to deal with the same stuff on a weekly basis.

I've always had a good experience here. The employees are always ready to help (when they're around). It's easy getting in and out.
