I purchased furniture from Lenoir Empire Furniture after finding them on an internet site. I was ambivalent about buying from a store so far away ( live in NY) but the price was excellent and AAron made the transaction easy. I received the furniture in 3 weeks from N. Carolina! Most of the local stores told me it would take 2-3 months! The delivery company (D& D Delivery ) that they used was excellent as well. They delivered the furniture to NY 4 days after they received it in their warehouse and adjusted the doors on the unit when it was delivered. They let me inspect the unit after it was unloaded and then carried into the house with care. I would purchase from Lenoir again without hesitation.

They do not return emails or phone calls. Amy Carr was initially helpful but became completely unresponsive after I received my fabric samples. I was attempting to buy a +/-$5k sofa. I sent her 3 follow up emails in an effort to get a cost for the sofa utilizing certain fabric samples, no response. I then called her leaving a vm, no return call. I will be sharing my experience with Dan at Lee Industries as well.

If you are looking for mid- to high-end furniture at excellent prices, with excellent customer service, this is the place. We stopped in looking for a specific style and color of couch. They were so helpful in pointing us to different sofas that we could order with a quick turnaround time. We ended up ordering a custom Lee Industries sofa that was ready to be picked up at the factory in NC within just a few weeks! Lenoir Empire Furniture will also provide shipping but we were in such a time crunch that we just arranged to pick the couch up directly from the factory. We also purchased two fantastic Himolla recliners off the floor, at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend shopping at Lenoir Empire Furniture if you are in Asheville or western NC, eastern TN, or SW Virginia.

I was looking to update the furniture in our living room and I was able to get all of the pieces I needed at the best price from Lenoir Empire. I received my pieces all as ordered from a few manufacturers all in one delivery. I highly recommend them for your next furniture purchase.

I ordered/paid for a dining room table November 2020. 2 years ago and still have not recieved the whole piece.I waited over a year and a half to get my order and when it came it was missing the table top. They have never once called me, I have to constantly call them so I can get a run around; it's covid, it's China, it's the distributor's fault. I am beyond disappointed in their service and lack of effort to assist.

Their prices were very good and their customer support was excellent. Ordering from California made me a little hesitant but I would definitely order from them again.

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Lenoir. I am 81 years old and I have purchased several items from Lenoir over the years. I purchased a sofa that was delivered during the height of the Pandemic. The delivery drivers were not educated on the product and did not know how to bring the sofa through a standard size front door. A panel should have been removed to allow the sofa to fit through the door. Instead of removing the panel, they jammed the sofa through my door and damaged my door and tore the fabric on the sofa. Lenoir initially indicated they would fix the problem (although at first that made light of the problem and acted like it was nothing). After almost 9 months of complaining by me, they had the manufacturer send me material that may match the sofa. However, Lenoir is not sending someone to repair the sofa with the fabric. It is very disappointing that (i) they use delivery agents that are not educated on the product causing damage to my home and the product and (ii) they refuse to make thing right with a longstanding customer.

I’m from New York so needless to say it was a little nerve racking ordering a whole set of furniture sight unseen. Everything went so smoothly. It was a great experience with Walter and his team. Such friendly service, great communication and unbeatable prices. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

Wife and I have been in there a few times over the years. More a catalog store than a showroom, so understand that going in. If you already know what you want, they can probably save you money over other places, but not a place to browse for actual furniture.

I have always been apprehensive about ordering furniture from a company not within my city. However, after much research I decided to take a chance with Lenoir Empire Furniture. Walter was wonderful, and Andrea was extremely helpful with all of my inquiries. I purchased a beautiful bedroom set and saved a lot of money. I only wish I had ordered furniture this way years ago, and absolutely will again! Lenoir Empire Furniture was a pleasure to work with!

I highly recommend Lenoir Empire Furniture. My email request for a quote was answered with a phone call from Aaron. He provided fantastic service and follow up with my many questions prior to placing my order. Aaron ensured that the delivery was scheduled by following up with the delivery service on my behalf. The price versus our local furniture store was just over $2,000 less and with a shorter wait time. Thanks Lenoir for a great experience!

Lenoir Empire is fantastic. They return calls promptly and work hard at answering all your questions. However, what they don't tell you is that the trucking company they work with will sit on your order for many, many weeks until it is convenient for them to deliver your furniture.
