Extremely affordable services and the fastest tire repair service I’ve ever experienced. Anytime I get a flat or puncture, I go here. I also plan on buying new tires from them when I need it. ?

I took my vehicle here for a full synthetic oil change and walked out completely happy. While everyone else was asking about $100, I walked out owing $75, including a tire patch. Quality work at very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend them.

Disclaimer before i start, i do not work for any of the companies involved in this, although I do deliver the same things to various places on a pretty much daily basis.
In regards to the post by the delivery driver who complained on not getting a tip on a $400+ order, you left out some important information in an effort to slam a business since you felt the dollar amount of the order and what you agreed to do it for were not enough. You had a pickup at what is obviously a tire distributor going to a tire shop. Obviously you are picking up tires, the merchandise the shop sells to support its business and employees. The shop owner already pays the distributor a premium well in excess of what you received to have the items delivered on a rush as opposed to waiting hours or next day as the customer has an urgent need to have the tire(s) replaced. It is not the shop or distributor's fault the company you choose to deliver for pays you a very small percentage of what they receive. You saw where the pickup and drop-off were and how much it paid. YOU chose to drive from Elizabethton to Piney Flats to Johnson City with the knowledge you may only receive that upfront amount. The fact you were in Elizabethton shows the company you drive for could not find any of their people closer to the pickup that would accept the order.
In my experience, it is by far the exception rather than the rule to receive a tip from the recipient when the shipper is sending merchandise as opposed to food or grocery/convenience items (i.e. department stores and other retailers. I have NEVER in almost 5 years of doing this had a business receiving the merchandise they use to provide their income from a wholesaler leave a tip, nor have I ever expected or wanted one. But then, I wouldn't drive that far for what your app offered, much less actually done any work as well.
Perhaps this driver should consider another line of work or stick to delivering food and such and leave the real work to people who know what they're doing and how things actually work. BTW, I have made a really nice living the last almost 5 years doing gig-work exclusively, but then I choose to work smarter than perhaps this person does.
Also, I have been a customer at Larry's myself for many years and have always received excellent service and been well.pleased with the quality and price of what they do.

We had an appointment for my boyfriends truck to be worked on today. When we brought it in they said the appointment was the day before. We remembered the appt because it was easy- day before Valentine’s Day. Their appointment system is just someone writing dates and notes down in an unorganized notebook. We’ve used them for tires and truck mods but will never be back. His breaks are totally out and we needed the truck for a trip tomorrow but they absolutely wouldn’t work with us despite being repeat customers.

I have never in my life complained about not getting a tip. But I gotta draw the line somewhere, if your business doesn’t tip the delivery driver on a $487 order you’re a horrible person. I got absolutely no tip for delivering to Larry’s tires. DoorDash paid me $9 to drive from Elizabethton to piney flats to Johnson city and spent at least $5 in gas. Meaning I only made I only made $4 in almost an hour! That’s not even minimum wage! I deserve at least minimum for my work!

Called to cancel my appointment two weeks in a row. Not apologetic and the representative was not accommodating with the one option he gave me for rescheduling. I will be taking my business elsewhere this is not the same Larry’s Tire Center I have dealt with for over 15 years.
