Love this store, beautifully merchandised. Bought chairs, art, coffee table, decor and linens over last few month. Girls are friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond helpful, with maximum my discounts and helping me with loading my car. When my girls come to visit from out of town we always visit Kirklands after we do lunch!!! Lol!

I agree with Leslie, customer service just isn’t good here, I keep trying to give this store a chance but it’s disappointing every time. How do u greet two people that come in the door before me but look me in the face and say nothing? Kirklands is not top of the line first if all, so to think you work for some upscale store and can select who you greet is beyond me..Bristol store at the pinnacle is more pleasant.. so it’s worth the drive from JC to go over there and feel welcomed.

Absolutely awful service the cashier never said hello how are you just started ringing up my items she asked for my email and then spelled it wrong I told her she said it's fine I spelled it right over here then after the purchase she wadded my receipt in the bag never said goodbye thank you NOTHING I just kind if stood there shocked in a way she looks at me and says the receipt is in the bag REALLY!!!!!! WOW
