A casual search revealed a car my wife had re-wanted since we sold our last one (H2). I was not specifically looking as we already have more cars then drivers. I contacted the dealership and was treated fairly via text. I looked at the car and ended up buying it.I was very happy with the salesman, J.R. Street. Super nice, honest and upfront.They held the car until Christmas Eve for me as this was a present. J.R. had it all cleaned up and ready to go when I picked it up from the closed lot.You have to go through 'Finance,' even if you're not financing. Both Matt and Doug were great.I would definitely go back here if I was looking for another vehicle.

Wonderful experience. Came in just browsing & Anthony helped me find a new car to leave in. Once sitting down looking at numbers we discovered that we have the same exact birthday! Definitely felt like it was all meant to be. I never once felt pressured which is a huge deal for me.

I ordered my brand new vehicle with a newer online salesman last year. Vehicle didn't come as ordered but I'm still happy with my truck. Anthony took such great care of me today and I appreciate his kindness. 5 stars for Anthony but 4 stars for the other guy from last year.

Be Very Careful when JC Ford offers You Their "Lifetime Power Train Warranty". First, it's NOT "Their" Warranty. It's a Third Party Warranty Company and They WILL do ANYTHING to VOID Your Coverage. I Take care of My Cars and Keep Every Reciept for Maintenance and repairs. It's a Good Thing that I Did, because They Tried to Void My Warranty because they couldn't find 1 oil change Record. I of course had that record, and emailed it to them. They Finally Fixed The Transmission on our Car. I expected to pay My $100 Deductible as the warranty Promised, but of Course they weren't done Trying to Get money out of me. 1 part on the transmission "wasn't" covered. I asked, Does the Transmission work without this part, to which they replied "No". Then in my book, that should be a covered Part. But No, I had to Fork Over an Extra $600 to get our car back. Apparently this is Standard Practice with The Hudson Auto Group which owns JC Ford, JC Toyota, Honda Kingsport and 46 other dealerships.If You Purchase From them Be Sure to Keep Every Reciept and follow ALL "Recommended" Maintenance Schedules, but Be aware that they WILL Get $ From You one way or another if You Have a Warranty Claim.PS: After Completing a Survey from Ford where I expressed my Dissatisfaction with Their "Shady" business practices, JC Ford had The Nerve to ask Me if They could send me Another Survey and Give them All 5's instead of All 1's. ?

I had a great experience buying a used vehicle from JC Ford. The sales team of Jason, Spencer and Doug all worked together to make our purchase easy. They didn’t jerk me around and gave me what I think was a fair price for the vehicle I purchased. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a new or used vehicle. Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience. From the moment I voiced my “needs and wants” in my future vehicle to close of sale, I was treated like a valued customer versus just another sale. When I scheduled an appointment to pick up my “potential” vehicle to test drive, Seth had it waiting for me with the seat heaters turned on for the full experience. I appreciate everyone so much for making the process so seamless and for providing the absolute best customer service I’ve had in purchasing a vehicle. McKenzie was great first point of contact who listened to my every need and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. On (10 Oct 2023), I feel lucky enough to encounter two of your employees, (Ms. Ashley Sexton and Brandon Thornell). Throughout all the phone calls and text messages, they both really was extremely courteous, and went out of their way, or above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered in a professional manner about a vehicle I was interested in. It was around 6:00 on a Saturday night that my husband and I arrived to the dealership. We had a few vehicles in mind that we were looking for and Jason Barnett was very helpful in trying to accommodate us. The vehicle we came to look at had already been sold, so he listened to our wants and found us another in the same make. He kept mentioning to us, I have this Buick that just came in I think you guys would really like. My husband kept pushing it to the side like he was not interested. When we returned from a test drive with the vehicle we thought we wanted, there sat the Buick Jason said he thought we would love. After seeing the interior of this SUV and it's beauty, we decided to test drive. Needless to say, this became our vehicle of choice and purchased it. The general manager, Jason and the finance guy, I think his name is Doug stayed way up into the night to get us in our new ride that night. Since this vehicle just came in, it did not go through service and inspection yet but they let us take it home and drive over the weekend to return it on Monday to receive the final inspection and required service. Very pleased and happy with the service we received and very appreciative that Jason was persistent in showing us the Buick Enclave we had know idea we wanted!! Mitch & Kay

Extremely impressed with Anthony. He made buying a truck as easy as could be… that is after narrowing it down to two trucks. My wife and I went back and forth trying to decide on which one. After asking Anthony a ton of questions, we did finally agree . We never felt high pressured. We would recommend Anthony as a salesperson and the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Anthony did have someone under him that he was training named David who was very nice. I highly recommend Stone Shearin as a salesperson. With me being 2 and a half hours away from the dealer, he went above and beyond with videos and pictures of the truck I was looking at as well as getting the answers to every question I had very quickly to me. When I was finally able to come view the truck in person, he was very easy to work with. My experience with him and this dealership could not have been better.
