Went Saturday just to look around and ended up finding the vehicle I've been looking for, for months! Absolutely it! Great customer service & no pressure like most dealerships! Loyd was so polite & knowledgeable! Him and Doug were awesome! Even stayed after hours to complete the sale! Highly recommend this place, & they stand behind their products!!!! Went to johnson city ford after driving to a trash, lying dealer ZOOM Motors. After driving 100 miles, we stopped at Johnson City Ford and found a great ford fusion used, in excellent condition, for a great price to get my daughter through school. Talked to Lloyd Mullins... remember this name. He is a great sales person. Honest, and will work with your price range. Even comes in on his day off when we come to get car to make sure all is correct.

Very well stocked new and used vehicles with knowledgeable sales staff that are always willing to help you in a friendly way. I have always used Johnson City Ford since 2017 and have personally known several employees in each department. It’s nice to know you have friends that you can trust to do their jobs to your satisfaction! Highly recommend!

My wife and I traveled from Georgia to Tennessee to purchase what is the coolest truck I’ve ever driven. From our initial phone call till driving off the lot, this was a great experience. There were no games and they made good on the promise to get us back on the road quickly since we had a long drive ahead of us. Dustin and Ashley were amazing on the phone and working with us on pricing before we got on the road for our long trip. They passed the baton to Caleb and he was a true rockstar. At first sight I thought he must someone’s kid but then he knew so much about our truck and made sure we didn’t get on the road before we were all set and comfortable. Matt was also great but he’s the one who gave us our monthly payment so it’s difficult to sing his praises :) 10/10 would definitely make the long trip to do business with this dealership again.
