Always a great experience at this location. We attempted to use the unicoi walmart location this year, as it's closer to home, and had a terrible 3 hour long experience with an unexperienced/under trained person. We came back to this location and Edward fixed everything and got us out the door in no time. Highly recommend.

My tax preparation was a good experience. This is the first year I’ve used Jackson Hewitt and my tax preparer was so nice and answered all of my questions she took the time to explain everything to me. Even tho it was a little costly the experience was great. And “Kelly” was great she deserves a raise.

Very professional and transparence! This is my second year to go to this store. Today William Westover took care of us and he did a great job! He was organized, clear, professional and super friendly.I would definitely come back again!

Jackson Hewitt is my place to have my tax return done. They're professional, accurate, fast, reassuring and affordable. They make tax time stress free and fast. They're communication options are stellar and attention to detail is awesome! The app is great and updates are very helpful. I've used other similar services in the past and Jackson Hewitt just does it much better!

For 15 years I been going there and everytime I wanted the lone I got it until this year when they switched banks definitely will be going else where next year it was always 600$ to do my taxes that's crazy high
