This store and this team are awesome. Jonathan did an amazing job helping me lay out the kitchen to utilize space and make everything function. Once we had the design he took the time to meet with my wife to talk about storage and pull out options for the cabinets that put the project over the top. We ended up coming back and working with Jimmy to pick out hardware, sinks and even a new back door. The level of customer service is by far the best I have experienced in this type of store and the quality and selections they have far exceed Lowe's or Home Depot. This team has earned our business and we will use them again in the future. I really can not say enough good things or suggest them enough, best of the best!

This is the go to store for cabinets. They have awesome unfinished oak cabinets and really nice counter tops. The staff goes above expectations. I would Highly recommend them.

Not like the big name stores their employees were helpful and we were in and out within 30 minutes ..visited the store in Johnson city on a Saturday plenty of staff and well trained ...needing cabinets ....counter tops ...doors this would be the first place I would go ..

I cannot praise this store enough. My husband and I went in in search for cabinets for our kitchen, we left with having basically picked out a whole new kitchen. Cabinets, flooring and countertops. The moment we walked in we were greeted by a super nice guy named Jonathan. He spent over an hour with us, one on one, helping us with each step of our kitchen renovation. Not only is it hard to get the one on one in other Home supply stores, but the pricing of EVERYTHING, couldn’t be beat! Ken, another salesman was awesome to talk with, helpful in all areas. The day we picked it all up, all hands on deck were there to help get everything loaded up onto truck and trailer. Amazing guys there to help you step by step! The team at this store goes above and beyond to meet your needs. For all the contractors out there this is a one stop shop for cabinets, flooring, trim, interior, and exterior doors. Basically everything but the small items. They are saving me so much time on obtaining material for projects. All their cabinets are made out of solid wood. Their laminate countertops exceed the quality of the big box store countertops. You can’t beat their prices on flooring and they have a great selection. I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to check them out. A special thanks to Ken for all your help!

I sat down to draw a kitchen with Ken at the store. They were really busy with only two people working that day, but they made time to take care of my needs. Ken and Jonathan were very attentive, knew the product, and took time to take care of every customer. Would 10/10 recommend shopping with these guys. They were OUTSTANDING!!

I went in and looked around for some hardwood flooring. Sort of like a liquidator they have some of this but may never get it again or some of that may not get it again. The prices are up there I wouldn't call any of the prices really a bargain. I might not look like I was in the buying mood so they didn't spend much time with me or explain much to me or try to make a sale to me. He didn't seem to know what Heartwood pine was. You might say there's a little bit of everything for the high-end kitchens.

Jimmy did a super job designing our cabinets. A couple of the cabinets were damaged by the shipping company and Jimmy went above and beyond in getting those cabinets replaced. Everything looks really good. Their barn doors are beautiful and heavy duty. The quality, service and prices are excellent and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable.
