Today I had my first experience with Hillcrest Drug. I am a type 2 diabetic and am on Mounjaro for this. It is on back order everywhere. I had called probably 40 pharmacies in the Tri Cities. Finally called and Hillcrest had the dose closest to what I needed. My provider sent in the prescription and I went by to pick it up. As the pharmacist was getting ready to hand it to me, he said “I don’t know where you usually get this filled at but I sure hope they have it next time you need it.” I was confused by this, not sure if he was upset that he had to call my insurance company, which took him a few extra minutes or what. But I said well I do to, I have called everywhere and it’s on back order. He said oh yes I know and now that I gave this to you if one of my customers needs it I won’t have any. I was stunned and speechless. I mean he could have told me when I called that he didn’t have any. Or that he couldn’t sell it to me because I was not a regular customer. But he did neither of these. I assure you that if I can get it anywhere else but there I absolutely will.

It's like a mom n pops pharmacy. Very friendly love the $1 wall lol... All kinds of stuff from tubaware trash bags aluminum foil to cleaning supplies to health & beauty supplies

I love this hometown and locally owned pharmacy. The employees are so kind and seem to be as if they're family friendly and are always eager to help you. And I really support them for also making certain that IV users are properly educated and using clean syringes at all times. They care about their community and the health of the local citizens. So therefore you can be certain that Hillcrest Drugstore always has available the supply of clean syringes. I know I can always purchase them over the counter without any hassles or drama. If you are a local hillbilly this is the place for you. If you are not, then I advise going somewhere else, not Walgreens or Value or West Towne though.

this staff is so sweet and friendly we had used Mooney's fir years but now we use Hillcrest wouldn't go anywhere else.
