Best, knowledgeable customer service I've had in a long time. All of my questions were answered about grills I looked at with great explanations. Highly recommend for your patio and grilling needs. They even helped me find the replacement parts I need for another grill and loaded my new grill for me. Guys 5 stars. Awesome help and awesome prices. Thank you so much!!!!

I can’t rate the customer service high enough! Jeff went above and beyond helping me with my electric fireplace. It started remotely. I was working out of town but needed to install a fireplace soon after I returned home. He took time to take photos of the different fireplaces he had in stock and send them to my phone. Once I came back to JC he spent a lot of time helping me choose the right one and made sure that it came in quickly before I left town again for work. He was helpful throughout the whole process. Really amazing service and I am so pleased with the fireplace!! I bought a Modern Flames 60” Slimeline.

I have a Big Green Egg charcoal grill from here. I drive from Bristol Down here to Johnson City To get my charcoal. The people at this store are amazing. They are always eager to help you and very polite.??

Just walked out of Hearth and Patio and was reminded again of what a great business it is. A few months ago I independently researched for many weeks (can you say OCD) and chose a Monessen fireplace and the Real Fyre Foothill Split Oak logs as the best that I could find.
It's the only log set that I have ever seen that had split logs. It's much more realistic because it looks just like the fires that I built for many years using real wood (which was always split).
Once I had found what I wanted in my research, I went looking for a place to buy. Of course, no surprise, Hearth and Patio a mile away sold the exact items that I had selected based on my objective to buy the highest quality available.
Working with Jeff and Scott was awesome, just like it has been for my many years of being a customer. Easy sale, easy install, and no surprises.
Do yourself a favor and go over there and meet them and be sure to tell them that you are "just looking". I've seen "cool stuff" there that I have seen nowhere else. They even have awesome "high end" wooden outdoor furniture made from a super hard wood that is so rare that I have never even heard of the name before. Top quality stuff.
Remember, you are "just looking", and it doesn't hurt to look.

I needed some gaskets for my stove. They answer the phone and know what's in inventory. I would have paid more than they asked because the service and supply was so good. I'm glad they're easy to get to and helpful. I hope they stay in business and no chumps try to compete with them because a reliable retailer is better than ordering this stuff online and hoping it works out right. You don't really want to wait on repair items for a wood stove. He helped me right before a -2° storm blew through and my wood stove was leaking into the cabin around the door. Keep this store as a first go to supplier before you order something on the internet. I consider the experienced service from Hearth and Patio to be worth more than the supplies I bought.

Let's be honest, anyone can get a five-star review when everything goes to plan. But what about when everything goes wrong?That's when Jeff EARNED his 5 stars. The pellet stove we bought is beautiful, and Jeff did his best to get it to us asap. However, the exhaust piping kept coming in with small dents, Jeff, wanting to make sure everything was perfect, wouldn't settle for less than perfection.He took matters into his own hands, and told them to bubble wrap the pipes. Perfect! Then the manufacturer sent the wrong Hearth pad, Jeff made sure they expedited the correct one out asap!Details like this is why we recommend that if you're interested in having it done RIGHT, have Johnson city Hearth and Patio do the job.Jeff EARNED his 5 star review, and he will make sure your install is perfect too.

Please save yourself heartache and find another supplier, even if you need to go out of state. Service stinks. I won't recommend them to anyone. We went there to purchase 2 small wood stoves for our home. We were paying cash, no request for any financing or credit. Estimate given was $ 2,500.00 Their after sales service is even worse. "We don't have time to install it, call a contractor." they told us. Tammy from Kingsport wrote, "Well, you get what you pay for." $ 5,915.96 and $ 1,600.00 installation to another company later. Needless to say, we didn't buy our 2nd stove there!!

My wife and I recently had our 34 DVL deluxe Lopi gas insert installed. We purchased it here and could not be happier. The store owner Jeff, was very helpful with determining which gas fireplace inset was the best fit for us. The store manager Scott was awesome as well. He also installed the gas fireplace insert at a great price! He even helped us get the chimney cap installed properly!I highly recommend this store for you fireplace needs! They are professional and trustworthy.
